A few days back, on a Friday afternoon, I suddenly saw flashes of light at about 1 p.m. I called the office and was advised I should come right over to be seen. After only a few minutes wait, Dr. Fellner saw me, examined me, and explained the situation. Did I mention that it was a Friday afternoon? I am an established patient going back close to 10 years, and my experiences with Dr. Fellner and his excellent staff have invariably been great. The office is "old school." They don't give you a tablet to update your history. They don't give you a ton of papers to fill out every time you visit. They ask a few questions (is your address still...?, is your insurance still...?) and invite you to sit down in their comfortable waiting room, where they have actual magazines. Oh, and I've never had to wait past my appointment time to be seen.

I had my eye exam yesterday for glasses and to check out my eye health. It was a good visit. The ladies up front are so friendly and helpful and Dr. Cook is always wonderful! I had my appointment on September 30 th paid my copay for the sunglasses I'm required to wear the 1st of October well October is almost over and I still haven't received my glasses I think that they were offended my insurance caseworker called requiring about my glasses same as they do when they see I that went to E.R or my family doctor when I called to inquire about my glasses I was talked over and I felt that was very rude this was the optican part of the office I've been wearing glasses since 1999 and never had to wait this long. So I changed my rating and probably will go back to the eye doctor I had been seeing for years I just wanted a eye specialist close to home but that didn't work out for me. The actual doctors office was pleasant and nice my wait time wasn't long at all .
