I had such a great experience with this office. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I never felt rushed, and my questions were taken seriously. I especially want to shout out Danny -- he is amazing. He was kind, helpful, and made the whole experience feel easier and less stressful. It's clear he genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, which really means a lot.

Dan at MyEyeDr. provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. He took the time to give me an in-depth explanation of how progressive lenses function, clearly outlining the advantages and limitations of their multi-focal design. He also explained why bifocals can often provide a more stable and comfortable viewing zone for computer work, which was particularly relevant to my daily needs. What stood out most was his willingness to recommend replacing my recently purchased progressive glasses with bifocals after carefully listening to my concerns. Rather than defaulting to what had already been prescribed, he thoughtfully reassessed my situation and guided me toward a solution better aligned with how I actually use my glasses. Dan was professional yet personable throughout the entire interaction. He was highly responsive to my questions, addressed each concern thoroughly, and ensured I understood my options before moving forward. Everything was amazing. They were very sweet and kind to me and my mother. They were very quick the moment we stepped in and they almost immediately took us to get check. Daniel helped us find the glasses we liked and was very kind to us. Great experience will come back for my next appointment.

Me and my 8 year old granddaughter had a wonderful experience. We normally go to a different location that did not have styles we prefer. At this location the styles were PERFECT!!! And the service was EXCELLENT x 10!! We were assisted by Dan the GM. He was AMAZING!!. Very professional but extremely personable and most importantly he was PATIENT with both of us and honest in his opinion of our choices I will definitely be going back to this location. I appreciate being treated like a special guest and not just a customer!! Thank God for a pleasant experience!!!

Fantastic service! I was able to complete my check in paperwork, including uploading insurance same day I scheduled the appt. Walked in took a seat and was seen within 10 minutes. Got in with the tech and doc and was out in 20 minutes, if that. The staff was friendly and outgoing. No pressure to buy from them as most places will try to do. ( I had a coupon code to order my contacts online). Super quick and was out the door with a trial pair of contacts. I CAN SEEEE. Thank you so much!

Staff extremely unprofessional. I had never been seen here and got lost on the way to my first appointment so I called to let them know I would be behind. I went in obviously upset that I was one minute over the grace period and desk staff thought it would be funny to pick jokes and the older woman that I wasn't even speaking/working with had to add in how the Dr "wouldn't be happy" and that I would need to be rescheduled. Extremely unprofessional and honestly just not nice. I would have simply rescheduled with another Dr at the desk with the nicer young lady I was speaking with if I was not treated this way. I will not be re-booking and advise anyone to take business elsewhere unless they find people who actually enjoy what they do.

My visit to Mr.Eye Doctor was a great experience! Dan was extremely helpful with explaining the process of finding the proper fitting glasses and sizing for your eyes. He was so patient and worked with both my daughters to ensure they were completely happy with their new glasses. Our family will definitely be returning next year to work with him again.

This was my first time visiting this place, and I was honestly blown away! Jason was AMAZING!! so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He helped my son pick out the perfect frames that fit his style and personality. On top of that, he took the time to explain everything clearly and even told us about the sale they had going on. Because of him, we walked out with two pairs of frames at a great price! The whole experience was smooth, fun, and stress-free. I'll definitely be coming back! When I went back to pick up the second pair of glasses, Dan helped me and let me tell you, he had me cracking up the whole time! He is such a jokester, but in the best way. I honestly enjoyed every minute. He was the only employee working that day, holding it down all by himself. Or as he called it, "The One-Man Dan Show!" And he really did make it a show funny, helpful, and full of good energy. It turned what could've been a quick pickup into a memorable experience!
