Great team. Beach Eye Care was very thorough, and did a terrific job. Kailey was a beautiful minded young lady, very nice. As was the doctor, and the front end. They really helped me with navigating me through the check-in (I'm not too good with technology. I will continue to give them my service because of the experience I had today. (I researched the company for a bit, just didn't go in to get it done yet, and I went in while delivering a Door Dash order, they got me right in on my next available day.) I suggest them highly for the care, compassion, and professionalism. Thanks Team at Kemp's River.

It's been a long time since I've experienced customer service this good. From navigating the online rebate system, to my eye exam, to purchasing glasses in the store--every step was exceptional.
I want to give a special shout-out to Will L. He went above and beyond to help me secure my rebate for my daughter's contact lenses. There were several steps to navigate, and he followed up every single time, all the way through to the end when the rebate finally came through. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and truly dedicated to resolving the technical issues I was having.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I arrived with a valid prescription from another doctor, hoping for a standard fitting appointment. Unfortunately, the staff acted as if they didn't want my business. After acknowledging my prescription, they simply told me to browse the wall and offered zero assistance with frame sizing or lens options.
When I explicitly asked for guidance, I was told to look for myself. The staff implied that they would only provide actual support if I had the eye exam done at their specific location. If you already have a prescription and are looking for professional optical support, I recommend going elsewhere. I took my business to another provider that was happy to help me find the right fit.

I'm disappointed with my recent experience at Beach Eye Care, Kempsriver Two weeks ago, I was given an exact price for safety glasses by a helpful young lady named Cheena--$247, no guesswork. Today, I called to pay. Instead, the manager, Jimmy, basically told me he didn't trust Cheena's judgment and that she must have done something wrong. Instead of honoring the exact price, I was left feeling dismissed and frustrated. This lack of respect for their own staff and for me as a customer left me no confidence in their service.

An eye appointment shouldn't take almost 2 hours when it's a routine check up with no special needs or situations. Hoping what I experienced today is a one off as my normal appointments start on time and last maybe an hour.

Kailey went above and beyond by coloring and entertaining my kids so I could enjoy a quick, stress-free appointment. The doctor was fantastic, taking the time to answer all my questions and address every concern. Highly recommend this team -- they truly make eye care easy and pleasant!
