Andrew is the best! Customer service is top tier! I was going to give 4 stars because their was about a 6 month period where it was difficult to get anyone on the phone. However, he would always call me back in a timely manner. Being able to order my son's contacts from another state and they ship them right to his door has been great. We're stationed in Miami and been ordering from Morgan contacts for 3yrs now, and finding out from the other reviews that the doctor is black makes me feel even better about supporting this business. We never had the pleasure of meeting him but end of this year we may come back and then I can schedule with the doc this time around *^-^* Thanks again yall and Happy New Years cheers to 2026

When I moved to the area, I started my picky research of the best eye doctor. My vision got terrible when I was 13, and I needed someone to ensure my vision was not decreasing and just being under control. That's how I found Dr.Morgan 8 years ago Since then, he moved to a new location, now having a large beautiful building. Dr.Morgan is one of the most hardworking doctor I ever seen! In addition to being great professional, attentive and as i found out during my last visit - even funny!! So usual stressful visit he turned into fun experience. I live in South Chesapeake and to get to the dr office takes 40 min which I gladly do because he worth it!! I wish you growing and strengthening your business, you deserve it!! And thank you!!!

Been coming here for years, left the state and came back and this is the only place I get my eye care. Dr. Morgan has great bedside manner. Easy to talk to and doesn't make you feel dumb about the questions I ask. The staff is also very kind and personable.

I moved to Dr. Morgan after my former optometrist retired. I tried a couple other places, but his genuine care for patients and patience in answering questions is unmatched. A couple of years ago, his staff forgot to tell him I was waiting in one of the rooms. He apologized profusely and made up for it by offering 50% off of my lenses and frames. It's never happened again. This year during my annual visit, he asked if I had any summer plans. I told him my husband and I would be celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary this summer, and about a week later I received a handwritten post card from him wishing us a happy anniversary. I love this office!

Amazing!..... Dr Morgan is the nicest and most patient person I have met. He was thorough, precise and answered ALL of my questions. His assistant Vicky is so beautiful and she was helpful in helping me to decide which pair of new glasses I needed. We scheduled a 6 month follow up and I am looking forward to going back.

If you are in need of an eye exam, this is the place for you. This doctor is amazing for the first time in over 30 years. I have clarity in my vision like I've never had before. My glasses are amazing. I don't have to take my glasses off to read. I can do everything with my glasses on. I've never been able to do that before there's no eye strain,no pressure on my eyes to see out of the glasses that I have on . This eye doctor is amazing. If you have not looked into this eye Clinic, you are missing out. The staff is very friendly and professional, but the vision care is outstanding as well.

Highly recommend! Dr. Morgan was and his staff were EXCEPTIONAL with my seven year-old daughter. Not only was her exam done on time, but everyone was so kind and attentive. We will definitely be coming back!

I want to share my experience here, at Morgan Vision Care. Upon entering the establishment, you are welcomed by an amazing team! His office is clean and spacious, followed by a great display of glasses and sunglasses to try on and/or buy. Everyone was polite and welcoming. When I met Dr. Morgan, all I could think of was wow, such great patient interaction. He thoroughly explained each portion of my eye exam, and what he was looking for during each exam. He did not rush through my appointment, and that is something I value in a provider. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Not only was he personable, but he took the time to know you as a patient as well. Many doctors don't take the time to send a new patient a card in the mail, but upon receiving that hand written card, it was heartwarming. It is very hard to find a great doctor, but I am very happy that I will be a long time patient at Morgan Vision Care. Dr. Morgan, and team, thank you for all that you do for your returning patients and new patients as well! I hope whoever reads this review will stop their search, and come here.
