Easy five s! I snagged an appointment here and am so glad that I did! Every single staff member was helpful, kind, accommodating, and generally enjoyable to be around. From the call to verify insurance, making the appointment, to greeting, exam and shopping for my stunner shades, you can feel the passion and it's hard to miss the stellar customer service. Other customers were clearly pleased as well. The store front and office is also very clean and welcoming. Thank you to the whole team that helped me.. I've been coming to this particular "MyEyeDoctor" office for many, many years. Dr. Schleede and staff have always been amazing. Great and efficient, friendly service. I usually get my annual eye exam, and go with contacts. Occasionally I will get glasses as well, and they have great promotions on those. Just ask! I highly recommend and will keep coming!

Outstanding service, friendly and professional staff! Dr. Schleede has been our optometrist for years. Her attention to detail spotted my husband's eye condition early! We will continue to see Dr. Schleede and her terrific staff for our optometry needs.

I went to this store to get new glasses for my son. The staff were very nice and wanted to make sure the glasses fit my son properly. The selection of glasses on the wall are varied so you should be able to find the style you are looking for. The facility is very clean and they have plenty of room to seat multiple customers comfortably in the store. They also have many mirrors at each chair so you can see the results of your selection. We had one of the sales representatives fit my son's glasses for him and told us if needed further to come back later. My son used his glasses for about four days and we came back for a slight adjustment and the representative was more than helpful to bend them more for him. They were very polite! Nice store with friendly people!

This office has been looking after me and my daughter for years! And when I tell you the service is always and consistently fantastic, it absolutely is! Thank you ladies for always taking the time to make my visit great! Thank you, Dr. Schleede for taking time to give me thorough exam and understand my needs! Thank you ladies for finding rebates and discounts, so I can buy the extremely expensive daily contacts! And my new sunglasses are fire! If you are on the fence, please go! You won't regret it. My Eye Dr at Lynnhaven is the best. I've been coming here for almost a decade now to see Dr Schleede. Her staff, including Wanda are very attentive and deliver excellent customer service

We came here at the last minute on a Saturday at closing. Dr. Schleebe and her staff, Wanda, Tara, and Chianti, were closing up and literally on their way out the door when we arrived. My fiancee had an emergency with her eye and the team dropped everything and provided the immediate care she needed. Their team went far above and beyond to help us when we needed it and we are so grateful for their dedication, care, and service!

The North Mall Drive location has been my eye doctor for years. From walking in the door to selecting your frames, Ms. Tara and Ms. Wanda are super friendly and very helpful! Highly recommend!
