The staff is great but they and certainly the doctor who told me repeatedly I did not have coverage need work on understanding eligibility and benefits, as a dental consultant, we have to call to get corrected benefits sometimes instead of just pulling them from a portal. I drove over an hour to this office, was told I didn't have contact lenses coverage, only to be on the phone with united healthcare as we speak to have them explain to the office, send the office a fax, that I in fact do have coverage. Now I will again, have to take time off of work, drive over an hour, for an appointment.

I've been coming to this location for over 20 years. First things first, it's extremely difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner. My visit last Thursday, August 14, 2025 was good with the exception of the tech. Which is the person you see before you actually see the optometrist. She was extremely rude, abrupt and indifferent. It also seems like they overbooked so they might be a tad overworked but that's no excuse in this setting. This coming from someone who is a retired Medical professional. The fronthouse/"showroom" eyeglass fit tech and new sales assistant, and Doctor were phenomenal. The picture below is the picture of the lady that is extremely rude and the first person that you come in contact with when you're called back. Again, the doctor and everyone else was awesome.

I came into optometry store, there were 3 to 4 associates working. Each associate had a client accept one. They did not acknowledge my presence or even say Helllo. I walked around for at least 15 minutes. I do not recommend this office, due to the poor customer service.

I will never go back. Unprofessional and no concern for your time. Had to schedule my appointment 2 weeks out, then walk ins were the priority.

I honestly don't know what all the 1 star reviews are about. My wife and I just got our new glasses yesterday, and we were treated fine. When we went for our exam, the staff were conversational, and helpful. Could Dr. Brothers be a little more engaged? Sure. But in todays world, finding any doctor with a decent bedside manner is difficult. Especially since the profession is seriously lacking in people - it's an in-out situation, everywhere. As someone who has been in the customer service industry (QA for a call center) for over 20 years, I can say that the service received was average compared to other medical services, or customer service in general. Overall, we were happy, and got what we needed.

Just showed up to my appointment and apparently if you don't respond to their automated text, they give your appointment away. Crazy. When I make appointments I show up. No one ever stated that I had to respond to their automated text before I was secured an appointment. So I waited weeks for my appointment and they tell me they gave it to someone else. Worst business practice ever. Honestly I didn't want to come back from previous experiences with this office but came back due to convenience. This definitely was the universe telling me to go somewhere else. 0 stars do not recommend.

Pleasant visit. Best refraction I ever had. Dr. Was patient and supportive. Explained everything clearly.

Disappointed. I went in to get a pair of glasses and was told I would get a follow up call to discuss additions to my glasses. Weeks passed without a call. I reached out to the office to get an update and was told no notes were in the system at all. I've decided to go to another office. For a first time visit this is not something that represents good customer service. The lady I spoke with today didn't even make an attempt to say this is not their normal or that she apologizes and would love to rectify the issue. This supports the fact that there is an issue with customer service.
