Therese was ABSOLUTELY Wondedful!! She found an issue with my glasses from last year that Lens Crafters actually made. I went back to Lens Crafters last you are told them something was wrong and they said I messed my glasses up by bending back the ear part. When in fact, they made my lense incorrectly and made me feel stupid for evening asking!
Therese found the problem and let the eye Dr. Know as well. Both the Dr and Therese have great patient care! I will be back because of them!

Everyone I spoke to were very knowledgeable from the paperwork, taking the tests, procedures, picking out the glasses and any questions I had. Only issue was the frames were a little expensive.

I hadn't had an eye exam in quite some time and did not realize it was virtual. I wasn't expecting that so just want to put that out there. Also, although I filled out all the forms required, I was asked about all those questions I answered. It was a waste of time for me to fill it out ahead of time.
