Please, Stop, turn around and go somewhere else... Anywhere else. The tech fumbled around like she did not know what she was doing. The doctor had to keep having her recheck and redo things. She was rude and unhelpful. I am going to another eye doctor to get the exam all over again. I do not believe the exam was done with any form of medical accuracy or precision.

Impossible to find. Even with Google maps. And no, it's not inside the store. Even if you make the appointment on the Target website with Target Optical. By the time you'll find it, you'll be a few minutes late. And then they'll tell you they don't have time for you since they're fully booked. Yeah, I booked; I had an appointment. They should warn you about finding it. I could barely find it on Google Maps to leave this review. What a profound waste of time.
Additionally, the doctor is only there telemed, not on site. I get that that's a thing now, but my previous Target Optical appointments had a doctor on site. Doesn't seem as common anymore

My eye exam was a great experience. Despite Alicia being by herself, she was able to help her patients quickly and effectively. She was very friendly and made sure that I understood the entire process. The Dr. was also great. I'd recommend this location. Hope this gets to Alicia and get her motivated!

The nurses/techs in the room with me were fantastic. I had to bring my one year old with me and they were so helpful.
The appt with the doctor was over video call after she reviewed the tests already done. A few minutes into the appointment she stopped and asked "do you have anyone to help take care of the baby?". Just shook and embarrassed me a little. She wasn't interrupting our conversation at all and no not everyone always has help like that.

The forms I filled out online and the reminder email I received stated it would be a "comprehensive exam" and asked if I wanted an exam for contacts. I answered "yes". I was NOT told the exam would be remote until I arrived. When the actual exam began I was told the exam would NOT include exam for contracts. I was given the opportunity to cancel exam. I decided to go ahead with exam. Dr. Jacques was abrupt in telling me I had cataracts, for my liking, as I had never had this diagnosis before. The woman who did the in person tests was very nice and knowledgeable. I will follow up with an in person exam with an ophthalmologist and will not be using Target Optical for an exam.
