The entire process was fantastic! Jacqueline answers the phone very professional, is helpful, and very nice. Jaimey who did the eye exam explained everything, was professional, and nice also. The Optometrist Dr. Padua was also very professional, explained things, and nice! Amazing customer service! I felt very comfortable receiving such excellent service! National Eye Care Associates at Lynnhaven Mall was what I was looking for.
I had been to two other well-known places for an eye exam in the past few months and the experience was not good at those places. Such a relief to find a place that didn't try to rip me off. The other places I was not confident in their prescription either.
