Sandra the optician was amazing. She took her time helping me price my glasses and contacts with various combinations of using insurance and cash/coupons/discounts. You know it's real when someone pulls out the no-frills five-function calculator with the pen and paper. I didn't feel like I was bothering her despite me knowing that she was going above and beyond. But, with everything as expensive it is these days, I am extremely grateful that she was willing to put in the extra work to make sure I got the best value possible for my purchase of contacts and glasses.
