All of the staff we've encountered over the past four years at Virginia Pediatric Eye Center have truly gone above and beyond. From the moment we walk in, the receptionists are kind, welcoming, and make us feel at ease. The eye doctors are exceptional, patient, compassionate, and incredibly thoughtful in the way they care for my son. They always take the time to make him feel comfortable and confident, which means so much as a parent. Because of their care, my 8-year-old is actually excited for his appointments! We are so grateful for this amazing team and highly recommend them to any family looking for outstanding pediatric eye care.

The front desk team provided excellent service, and the nurse who assisted us was truly exceptional. Her interaction with my six-year-old daughter was particularly noteworthy, as she demonstrated a clear enthusiasm for working with children. What struck me most was her ability to seamlessly engage with both me my husband and our daughter, ensuring we were both informed and comfortable throughout the process. Her dedication to delivering outstanding care is evident, and she is the main reason I'm awarding a five-star rating. I regret not having obtained her name. The service she delivered was of the highest standard.

I have been bringing my son since 2023, and I have always had a positive experience. All doctors take time to examine and explain any symptoms and concerns. They also answer questions I have and I do not feel rushed. I would highly recommend Virginia Pediatric Eye Center to families needing an eye specialist. Dr. Laura Bejarano is great.

My daughter has been cared for by Dr. Crouch since she was 7, which is now about a decade and we trust nobody else with our daughter's vision care. His entire practice with staff at both Virginia Beach and Chesapeake locations are by far among the best in patient care bedside manner and friendly and helpful. We will continue to work with Virginia Oediatric eye care for as long as we can.

Avoid this place like the plague. I have been railroaded into having my daughter operated on without my consent! I'm the custodial parent and they didn't even check! Every time I call, they direct me to scheduling instead of a nurse who can tell me what's actually going on with my daughter's eyes. So we won't be showing up for surgery and if we're charged for anything I will see you in a courtroom.

This was my first visit with Dr. Crouch and after he patiently saw my medical record, made an evaluation and listened very attentive to my simptoms he was able to quickly make the treatment plan to correct a problem that I've been suffering for more than ten years. The staff was very proffessional and helpful. I'm very glad I was referred to see this excellent doctor!
