The entire place is simply terrific. Suzy is an incredible lady who you see first when you come into the office. She simply cares and goes out of her way to help. Very grateful for her kind nature. Dr. Ifeoma Ude is my ophthalmologist who is very personable and thorough. The technicians are very well trained and the technology in the office is superb. Just the feeling of quality in this office.

I had a traumatic injury somehow years ago, that manifested later / in my right eye- a combination cataract issue-/ and thin cornea issue --basically my right eye went completely blind -completely . I know my friends and everybody I knew couldn't believe it-they thought I could see something- but I could not see my hand or any fingers two inches from my eye --- It was blind- anyway - I had an amazing surgeon, Dr. Alliani - and everybody on their crew and team were amazing --/so I highly recommend. ---That's all I have to say , thank you so much. Life changing

Probably one of the worst Dr eye care I've been too. Waited almost a month for a call to schedule pre op and surgery and guess what? Nobody called. So I called myself and JAYLA your coordinator basically just said I haven't gotten to you, never got the order, not sure what happened, and not my problem. What a disgusting attitude. The ladies who work here are also rude and uneducated of professionalism. STAY AWAY

I am actively looking to leave this practice and go elsewhere. The doctor is friendly and I have no issues with her (Dr. Khanna). My issue is that they just canceled a Dec. 5, 2025 appointment for my son that has been scheduled since Dec. 2024. When I called them back to reschedule, the earliest they could offer me was March 6, 2026. That is unacceptable given they were the ones to cancel. The receptionist was unempathetic and unapologetic. This is the second time this has happened to us at this practice.

Although the people are relatively nice (not including the Dr.), they overbook the office and take people very late. We arrived 20 minutes early, was taken 20 minutes late and people arriving after us were taken before us. When I brought the issue up with Dr. Khan, she ignored the fact that we had been there for over 90 minutes and just talked with my daughter who was the patient. Additionally, they charge you out of pocket for eye refraction despite it being a covered service at an optometry facility and with a PPO with Carefirst. I would recommend looking elsewhere as we will be.

Honestly, I felt that the entire experience was a waste of time, especially since I had to arrange childcare in advance. I had already been in my appointment for about 30 minutes when the staff member who assisted me (who was very kind and professional) informed me that the wait would be an additional 1.5 to 2 hours. I arrived at 12:00 p.m., even though my appointment was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., fully prepared to wait that extra hour--which I did. However, the older gentleman at the front desk made a sarcastic remark about me "just liking to be early," which came across as unprofessional. Shortly after, he began speaking quite loudly about my insurance information, which felt like a clear violation of HIPAA privacy standards.I also became aware of other patients' personal information due to conversations held by the older woman at the front desk, including details about another patient's medical history and Medicare coverage. This was very concerning and clearly demonstrates a need for improved staff training on patient privacy and confidentiality.

Very happy with results, Odyssey lens correcting high myopia. Glasses no longer required, readers only for very fine print or details. Day vision is near perfect. Halos around point light sources (headlights) at night as expected with this lens, very tolerable.

Dr. Dao is actually very kind and knowledgeable, however, her staff sucks. I asked to speak to the physician or to have her call me back about a prescription she wrote. I asked specific questions, and they did not resolve any of my requests down to having the physician contact me. If you're getting a prescription in this office, ASK FOR THE PD BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT IT. You have been warned.
