Staff was courteous, Dr. Eisele was nice. The wait time was entirely too long. I was called back 45 min after my scheduled time, spent 10-15 min with the tech, waited another 20 min to see the doctor, then spent about 7 min with her.
Scheduling needs to be vastly improved.

Had an appointment for months then 4 days before my appointment they cancelled my appointment and couldn't rescheduled for over TWO months. I had been waiting with eye issue dry eyes, floaters so now I have to start all over with all the trouble I have been experiencing. Over 70 years old. Not Happy but powerless. Hopefully I don't have any conditions that are progressive. Guess they don't need the business or new patients. Dr. Eisele could be great but I guess I will never find out.

The office staff are very friendly and Dr Eisele is very sweet and a very good Eye Doctor. The only thing I can complain about the wait time. They need to get patients out quicker. I was in there as well as many others and my time in and out was almost 2 hours. Hopefully they figure it out

I saw Dr. McLaughlin today and she is wonderful. I was welcomed warmly by the staff and treated with care throughout the entire appointment. Our family has been looking for a new eye doctor (our last one retired) with no success for a few years. Both doctors have great credentials listed on their website which gives you confidence in their ability; their level of care & staff performance back that up. I think we found the place for us & will definitely be back.
