This practice with Dr. Hynes is wonderful. Her staff is congenial and very helpful, especially with patience dealing with my insurance. Also, Dr. Hynes was right on with my extreme dry eye situation. No other doctor ever mentioned this. In addition, she seems very honest in trying to do the best for the patient.

and in her friendly manner was most efficient in finishing that task. She was then quite thorough in presenting options for cataract surgery and very patient in answering my questions.
