Eyepro - Winchester

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The office is open, warm and inviting. From calling to set up appointments to reception upon arrival these folks are A+. It doesn't stop there - the doctor is thorough, explains everything and really listens to you. I have been a patient at EyePro for awhile (also at their other location) and I couldn't ask for better vision care. It is nice to go to a place that offers great quality care on a professional level and makes you feel comfortable and valued.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Hammer and she was exceptional. I have had the wrong Rx for a year I was experiencing headaches, fog and everything was just off. The moment we got to the last "1" or "2 and got the perfect Rx I actually cried in the chair. I could see so clearly and she did that for me. The staff was amazing Jackie at the front desk was so sweet when arriving and Kayla was so knowledgeable and answered all my "what's this for again" questions. Loved the lady's at this office. Please don't ever let Dr. Hammer or the other girls there go anywhere else. 100/10 recommend !

GREAT PLACE. I haven't been to the eye doctor in probably 15 years. The staff did a wonderful job explaining procedures and reasons for it all. Very kind and friendly staff..

THEY SCAM PEOPLE OUTTA MONEY!!! I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND!!! If I could leave no stars I would. I go anywhere else doctor or eye doctor related and can get told who's in network and not! This company scammed me by saying they was in network with my insurance. Mind you when I called and made my appointment I even made it for contacts and was told my insurance was excepted there. Left me go through the exam and fitting for my contacts to them in return charging me $180 for an exam and contact fitting. Mind you I have insurance and gave all my information to the lady who in return said I was covered and during my appointment said she would also get back to me on the coverage of the contacts during my appointment and never did. So after I confusingly pay $180 I go to the eye center next door and they are the one's to notify my that my paper says out of network for what I just had done. It's sickening how these people run this company! I've never been done this way in my life by an eye doctor let alone any doctors office. I'm completely ashamed of how this man "aka part owner" even stood up for his very rude I know what I'm talking about receptionists! She just kept telling me she knew what she was doing! Yeah scamming people!! Don't not go here!

They are SO amazing in there. They did great explaining everything, got me in immediately, and helped me out when I was in a tough position.

First time appointment today with Dr. Alyssa Nguyen and it was delightful from beginning to end! Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Nguyen was knowledgeable and my eye exam felt very thorough. Happy I found her and will definitely be returning!

I was extremely pleased with my visit. Dr. Hammer was very patient and explained everything in detail. Her outgoing and enthusiastic personality made the whole process enjoyable.
