Walked in with out an appointment, had a broken pair of frames. Was warmly greeted upon arrival. Fixed my glasses promptly. Answered several insurance questions I had, about upcoming visits. Very fast very knowledgeable very courteous experience. Learned it was a new manager in the office, Marissa, and she was the one to fix my glasses. Wish I would have thought to ask for the other employees name, she was fantastic also. Looking forward to our upcoming visits from this experience, and not dreading them like we have sometimes done in the past. Definitely a good experience with a new feel in the office.

Great place for preventative care. I know Myeyedr doesn't have the greatest reputation and I was skeptical about virtual doctor. However, my technician Mitchell was exceptional through every steps and test. He was very friendly, accommodating and even explained what each test was for. Despite the doctor being virtual he did a thorough test for my new prescription and addressed all my concerns. Tiffany at prescription counter provided excellent service and was very helpful explaining different choices for glasses.

Marissa is wonderful. She has great customer service focus (she was eating lunch and stopped to help us). We had a warranty issue with my husband's glasses and the replacement was hassle free and that seems to be so rare any more.

My wife and I had appointments at 1 and 1:15 and brought our 4 month old as he loves looking around at new things. About ten minutes after we finished the paperwork the doctor walked past us out of the front door and then returned another ten minutes later with a bag of food from the Martin's in the plaza. At almost 2 o'clock a lady who got there after us and then had been waiting for a half hour herself mentioned the wait to the receptionist, who went into the back and then returns with the full staff who apparently had just been eating and chatting. This almost would almost be understandable if the doctor said "hey just so you know; it's gonna be another 30-40 minutes before anybody even acknowledges that you guys are waiting here cluelessly"

I was very delighted with my visit on 2/6/26. All updated insurance info was already applied to my account and was attended to promptly. Technician Dave was very pleasant and thorough with my examination. Jen Jen was additionally pleasant and very helpful as well. My visit this time was much more pleasant than I have had in the past.

Thank you Jenny for your excellent customer service. Our visit started off a little rough but it only takes the kind heart and customer oriented focus of one person to make it right. Thank you for taking the extra second to understand the situation and to think outside the box to solve the issues presented. Jenny and Mitch are the best to work with.

Great staff - very knowledgeable, professional and personable. They offer super advice and make sure you get the best value.
