Optical Center

Great service, great people. I went in to get a pair of glasses repaired and they fixed them quickly. My perscription was out of date and I asked how fast I could get a new pair with my newer perscription and literally it took them an hour. I got a Frame, new lens and couldn't be happier. I do have a very slight perscription as they said if your perscription is crazy it may take longer because they would have to order the lens. They make sure your glasses are sitting properly and everything. This place is awesome and gives you that small town feel. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

Had a great experience there at the Optical center getting a pair of prescription shooting glasses. They are very experienced in getting you fit and setup to be successful with any color lens option you might want to try. I recommend them to all of my friends looking for prescription lenses for their rangers. Turnaround time is quick and pricing is very fair for the premium product you get. Will be using them going forward!

This man seemed like a Miracle to me today. Wonderful disposition and help with my husband's glasses. He was able to put his lenses into new frames. My husband loves them!!! We needed help last minute. Thank you again!!!

I went to this center in 2016 to purchase a pair of frames. I remembered the service being excellent and the personnel top notch. Fast forward to today; my fiance sat on her Tiffany & Co. eyeglasses, severely bending the hinges. I remembered this Optical Center since we now live four blocks away. We called, went in an hour later, and they fixed her frames up in no time. All with a smile and pleasant conversation. This business is one of Winchester's best! And for a Chicago-native like myself, it embodies the culture and essence that made Winchester appealing to live in the first place. I highly recommend the Optical Center for any and all of your eyeglass needs.

I just dropped by to see if they can swap my lenses into another frame i bought. Sadly I bought the wrong size and a kind man fixed my old frames for free cleaned my lenses and also told me how to figure out what proper replacement frames to buy in the future. Wow! This unicorn kind of service practically does not exist anymore and I will be coming back :) Also I like their frame selection and I tried a bunch of pairs on while waiting.

I was in Winchester visiting family. I had accidentally sat on my glasses breaking the frame. I needed glasses to see until I could return home. They were very kind and made an attempt at repairing . The repair was successful until I could replace them. I'm very appreciative for their help. Great customer service.

Wonderful experience!! My father-in-law broke his glasses during a stroke and we needed a quick repair. Took them in to the optical center and they were repaired within 20 minutes while we waited. We loved the small town feel instead of the corporate nonsense. Recommend !!!

My first time visiting for a repair on glasses purchased elsewhere. They were wonderful! Fixed them quickly and did not accept payment! Great work and friendly. I will definitely be back!
