Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor was outstanding. He took great care in explaining everything that I asked of him. Did not rush. Took time to listen to any questions.Easy to communicate with about any concerns. I would describe him as a great communicator especially when trying to establish good understanding with a patient which may need clearer understanding for medical issues.....I would reccommend him to anyone who might need what their office provides...

I took my significant other in for an appointment. The lady at the front desk to check in was a KAREN! The Dr that did the exam didn't wash his hands, didn't introduce himself either. Neither did his nurse. I watched the Dr put different types of lenses up to my s/o face to check his vision. One of the lenses he wiped off on his shirt. WTH? The best part of the visit was leaving and not having to hear some assistant call everyone Love, honey etc! Plus the lady at the check out desk was friendly and happy with a nice smile.

From start to finish, a pleasant, professional visit. The lady who did the initial tests, I believe her name is Debbie, was a delight. Dr Bajwa is also friendly, approachable, thorough, and knowlegeable. Always concerned when a new doctor takes over, but no need this time. Great experience.

Dr. Stefano performed my lasik years ago. Best decision ever. However, current office manager needs to take some customer service classes. I've called at least once a week for a month and she ignored my call and voicemails. The lady who answered the phone was great and showed empathy due to Dallas (I believe that was her name) consistently ignoring my calls. So for anyone who had Dr. Stefano perform your lasik, your warranty is void since he left. This will be faster than calling.
