I have taken my son here twice now. Both times have been terrible experiences. Dr. Seager should NOT be advertised as a pediatric anything! She has no patience with toddlers, terrible bedside manners, and is downright rude. She made comments that I felt like eluded to the way I parent because of how my child was acting. (Crying and scared!) She also told him there's no reason to be crying! The last time we were there she also questioned whether he was a boy or girl because his hair is long and made the comment "it's so hard to tell these days". Also, when the nurse came in with Dr. Seager, the nurse made the comment "oh, it's this one".......as if they didnt want to deal with him. This is an absolutely awful place. There are zero good things to say about it. The wait is long, the staff is rude and the only thing the caters to children is turning the TV on a kid's show. It's sad this is the only close option for our children. They deserve better than this from someone providing care for them.

My son had a wonderful experience with Dr.S she was EXELLENT but I have called this office 8 times so far to reschedule and left a message everytime and still haven't gotten an answer, a call back, or a new appointment date I have 1 week left till this appointment and just going to look for new care.

I have been trying to make a appointment for 3 days and keep getting the same recording that to leave a message and they will call back by the end of business day. Well they must never quit working because I still can't reach them and they don't call back

Worst practice ever. You would probably die before they take you in. Spare yourself of 8 months of waiting and find another doctor.

Good luck getting them to even answer the phone. Tried to call 2x a day for exactly a week before anyone actually answered and when they did - they couldn't give me an appointment until April (6 months out).

I called for an appointment for a possible retina tear. They would work me in same day. That was fine the receptionist is very rude and the technician the checked my eyes and administered the drops was very rude and had no patience. When she had trouble with me blinking during the pressure test she reminded me that there were many others in the waiting room. She let me know quickly that she had other patients and she didn't want to talk. Dr Seagram was very kind and professional but by that time I was finished. Then I was moved to the wrong window in which I was reprimanded by the receptionist again. The woman who checked me out did not have everything she needed written down. NOT my fault. I left. The whole staff is incompetent. I don't know why but they don't have one nice thing to say. They don't even ask May I help you. Just what do you want? Never again

I wish I could leave 0 stars. My best friend just saw Dr Seager whom treated her absolutely terribly! The Dr not only gaslight her but straight out fat shamed her and argued with her that her symptoms were not there. Dr Seager was very rude and inconsiderate. Not at all taking into consideration what that could do to someone. That's the last time she will see my best friend! Apparently she never learned how to treat patients that don't look like her.
