The most welcoming and sweet staff!! Ali at the front desk and Parker make you feel like family! Dr. Gwynn always takes the time to make sure youre happy with your visit and explains everything along the way. Love this office.

This is the best clinic where I've ever been a patient. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you sort out issues. If your insurance paid incorrectly, if the lab sent the wrong Rx, if the frame you ordered was the wrong color, etc. this clinic will do their best to resolve issues within their control! The staff is friendly, cheerful and kind. Dr. Gwynn is superb! He is always professional, never condescending and probably the best listener I've encountered in the medical field! And, I've heard other doctors in surrounding areas praise his expertise! I definitely would refer anyone to this clinic!

I cannot sing the praises of this practice enough. Everyone there is genuinely kind and willing to help in any way possible. The customer service is always such a home run!

Love this place, friendly staff, knowledge techs and doctors. Very helpful with all your concerns n questions. Deidra(sorry if name spelt wrong) she is amazing helping with making sure your glasses are the perfect ones for you, fixes issues you may have with them, helpful on all your questions and concerns. She goes above and beyond helping and making you feel as you matter as a human being and not a dollar sign. Also the older lady that does check outs always and some check in sorry forgot her name is extremely nice and tries so hard to get you out as fast as you can. All have very polite bedside manners to all patients young and old and definitely helps you out where and what you are needing. I will recommend this place to my friends and family and others looking for a great place for glasses or contacts and cares about their patients and needs/concerns/wants. Thank you for having a amazing team that all work together makes a huge difference knowing they care about you not the dollar signs they could push on you.

What a performance. My eyes was once depressed and down. Now since eye care on the ridge they are up and impeccable . It's almost like they gave my eyes a viagra Thank you eye care on the ridge for a A+ performance

We have been patients of Eye Care in the Ridge for a couple years. The staff is phenomenal and always will to help and make sure all my questions are answered. I recently had to have both my kids require glasses and Dr. Gwynn was fabulous with both of them. He is always so patient and explains everything that he does. The kids love going and that's a lot to a momma. Thanks so much guys

I am so disappointed in my experience here. I have never had glasses before but my vision was getting a little blurry on all the computer screens at work, so I went with this company based off of reviews I saw online. The first pair I got weren't right and we ended up having to go with progressive lenses which was more money out of my pocket but ok if that is what I needed. But then I get my glasses and there is such a glare that I am having trouble looking at my screens at work let alone walking around where any light is. I called today to ask about it. The first lady told me that there was supposed to be glare protection on my lenses according to my order form but the lab only did anti scratch. She said she would put in an new order to get that fixed for me. Then I get a call back stating that if I want the anti glare that it will cost me yet another $140. She stated that it was on my order but I never paid for it! This is such incompetence because the only reason I was getting these glasses was for the 8 screens I stare at at work. They had me pay the out of pocket expense for the new progressive lenses and I thought it was all taken care of. Especially, if it was on my lenses order. But nope. So now I am either stuck paying more money for them to do to my glasses what should have already been done or get glasses cheaper elsewhere. This is my first eye glasses experience and I am sadly not impressed. They should have been ontop of these things to make sure that my lenses were done right the first time.
