Dr. Lord is the most knowledgeable and cool doctor I have ever been to. Not only did he treat me for the reason I was there, but he gave me amazing advice for some of my other medical problems and suggestions to speak with my physician about. He was amazing! I hope he stays a while. The rest of the staff are always so friendly and professional, too. My whole family goes there. My daughter is special needs, and they are always so patient and kind to her. I'm grateful Wythe Eye Associates is our family's eye doctor.

This was our first visit. Doctor Lord and his staff/assistants should train other similar businesses how to provide exceptional customer service. My father is in his nineties and it would have been easy to offer glasses and shuttle him out the door. Instead they treated the root cause of dads issue so he could truly see better. I managed/trained customer service operations across our country and they do it right!

In nov 2022 i was there because of detached retina. Dr Anderson and Dr brewer worked to get me into a specialized that day. Their effort saved my eye. Was there today for followup after cataract surgery. Ill never go anywhere else to them. Period!
