I've been bringing my mom to Dr. Guan for the past three years, and we continue to be extremely satisfied with her care. My mom went in last week for her annual eye exam. Dr. Guan is always courteous, professional, and takes the time to listen carefully to my mom's concerns--especially important as she is 82 and has diabetic neuropathy.
Dr. Guan is remarkably patient and provides practical advice that truly makes a difference. Instructions are clear and easy for caregivers to follow. The eye exam itself is thorough, and I appreciate how responsive she is--quick to return emails and voicemails.
We feel very confident and comfortable under Dr. Guan's care and highly recommend her.

Dr Charles Clayton is the best Optometrist I have ever been treated by. I have been a loyal patient of Dr Clayton ever since my first visit 14 years ago. What makes him special is that he pays sincere attention to your condition, medical history, listens to your concerns and addresses them, explains the details in easy to understand terms. His trearment is centered on kindness, cheer, empathy, recommend but let the patient decide next steps.
His staff at both sites of the Bellevue Vision clinic are very professional and friendly.

Bellevue Vision Clinic offers the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever experienced. Dr Clayton took the time to explain and answer all the questions I had. He did so in a kind, caring, unhurried manner making sure I understood everything. Too often, it seems, doctors either can't or don't take the time to do that. I had a great experience here. Going into this I was pretty trepidatious because my vision had been in decline and I was starting to think "this is it, that's all it's gonna be now." I had Dr. Guan for my visit, she went a good two hours making sure the subjective parts were consistent and the result was great. She explained everything including the need for cataract surgery in the future and the likely outcomes. I wish every doctor was so thoughtful and thorough. I'd like to give at least seven or eight stars...
