I recently moved to the area. I had an excellent experience here. I was treated with great respect and given a thorough examination. Each step was explained clearly and I was able to order new glasses. My questions were met with understanding and clear explanations. I wholeheartedly recommend this service.

I feel very grateful and blessed to be a new patient of this phenomenal practice. Each person who was working there the time of my appointment was so caring, competent and professional. Dr. Redick is the very best I have ever been seen by. I selected to have an extra service added to my exam and the skill of the doctor and the priceless information he was able to provide to me was outstanding. This is the most detailed, comprehensive and informative exam and accurate prescription that I have ever received. The lift I felt to my spirit after being in the hands of a such a doctor is almost indescribable. I was truly cared for and received outstanding service. Thank you so much to this doctor and team at this incredible office.

Weirdly, I had a great time at my first professional eye exam! I am nearing 70 years of age and noticed my vision, while still adequate, wasn't as crisp as it used to be. I didn't really know what to expect but the excellent staff made it easy, totally painless and, actually, very interesting. My experience was confirmed; I am fine and glasses are optional BUT I can get a clearer view of life with prescription lenses. Highly recommend this pretty, friendly and highly competent business!

Wonderful staff all around! This was my first visit to an eye place so wasn't sure what to expect but didn't expect such a lovely experience. Dante did the initial exam, answered all my questions and was friendly which was great for my nerves. Dr. Redick was awesome of course, easy to understand when it came to explaining results and what to expect post appointment. Haylee helped with finding frames, super informative about what to look for in a good pair and overall so great to work with. She even helped me with my contact lens training, once again super knowledgeable and made the whole session fun to do. Overall you can tell everyone here really enjoys their job and takes pride in what they do. Definitely returning!

Hands down the best eye care practice I've ever been to in my life. Dr. Redick and his team are so kind and go above and beyond for clients. Dante, Arden, and Haylee in particular have always been so sweet and helpful. There have been stretches where I don't see them for several months at a time and they still remember my face and name and connect with me. They have been so kind over the years and if I was staying in Bham, I'd go to them forever!

I love this place! Dr. Redick is great and all of the staff and opticians are so kind, welcoming and informative. The office is super queer friendly if that is something you're specifically looking for. Dante and Haylee especially have been so awesome <3

The staff is so wonderful, Dante did great teching, the optical and front desk staff were sweet, and Dr. Redick is smart, kind, and amazing. Highly recommend! (I have VSP, which they take)
