Richard and the actual eye doctor were phenomenal! So professional and so kind!! However, the lady at the front desk (blonde, shoulder length hair) was not. While Richard was helping me with picking glasses towards the end of my visit, the blonde lady started to have a confrontation (loudly) with him right in front of me. I was so uncomfortable. Handle those conversations in a back room and not in front of patients. Richard stayed very professional in front of me. I don't want to be put in an uncomfortable situation like that when you are supposed to act professional. Props to Richard and the doctor, though!!!

What a great experience from pre-test to the exam to picking out my glasses. My Granddaughter & I while there had an incredibly happy experience. Waiting on my glasses to arrive & I expect they will be great since everyone was very thorough & patient with me while I picked out my glasses. Your staff was wonderful. I went there and had good service, however, when I got my glasses, I couldn't see any better then my old glasses and somewhat wrost. When I told the glasses back and lady tried adjusting the glasses for a half hour. Now not only can't I see that well, they don't stay on my face anymore. I'm going to discard them and pay for a new pair somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience. I've been there before and I was simply about 5 minutes late today because of traffic and the blonde older lady canceled my appointment. I live all the way in Arlington and they tried to get me a scheduled appointment for later on instead, absolutely ridiculous. Will never come back here!

I don't usually have time to leave reviews but had a fantastic experience at the Burlington location! The eye exam was quick, easy, and very professional--definitely one of the smoothest exams I've ever had. However, what really stood out was the outstanding customer service, especially from Lizzy. (Since my friend bailed on me to go shopping at Target.) I appreciated how incredibly helpful and patient she was while I picked out my new glasses. Lizzy took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful, stylish suggestions that suited both my face shape and budget. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you're in need an eye exam or new glasses, I highly recommend stopping by. Thanks again to Lizzy and all the friendly staff for such a great experience!

After my visit to the store yesterday, I would heavily recommend going anywhere else if you value being respected and expect good customer service. Went into the store yesterday to purchase new glasses bought the frames and lenses, and after speaking with my partner, discovered that I was charged much more than what I should have been with my insurance coverage. When I return to the store to discuss why, I got no more than two questions out of my mouth before the store manager Elizabeth (Lizzy), decided to raise her voice at me and yell at me, humiliating me in front of the other members in the store and forcing her employee to refund my transaction without offering any explanation for overcharging me in the first place. Lastly when I had to return into the store to request a paper copy of my prescription the manager and her employees where standing at a desk discussing me and the incident loudly so I was able to hear it outside the doors. If you value respect and being treated with just a little bit of dignity, I suggest going anywhere other than the store.

I brought my 15yr old grandson in for a eye exam to get contacts. They were friendly, professional and timely. We just returned for an appointment to learn how to put in and take out the contacts. The gal was very patient and encouraging. We left with a sample pair and was told if for any reason they weren't comfortable he could try another pair. I was very happy with our service. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jason Chau diagnosed me with astigmatism, something that my previous doctor missed. I had been having issues with my glasses and vision and decided to switch. Very happy with Americas Best! Great prices and selection of glasses. The front desk staff and eyewear techs were so nice and professional.
