Can be busy. He does his best to keep on schedule but providing the personal service he does can push him back, but not too horribly. The service i have received is exceptional. He pushed back when my insurance dragged their feet wanting to cheap out on me and restart my regimen. Got that squared away. He does an excellent job of making sure my services are painless and quick.
