Costco Optical Department

Optician was very rude. He inserted himself in my discussion with the receptionist and made a false statement and was very condescending. I would never go back to this optical office.

I order some contacts for my son. The postal service lost them. I called Costco optical and explained what had happened. I talk to a guy (forgot his name smh) he told me he would call me back to see what could be done. So he called said I could order them again since I didn't receive them. He would leave a note since my son prescription was going to expire. I was ok with that since it wasn't Costco optical fault. I just got a call back that they reorder them for me and no cost and they would get delivered to the store to make sure we get them. Thank you so much Costco

I've been coming to Dr. Orskog for years now and have had excellent care since the beginning. Unlike most Optometrists, his goal isn't to sell you expensive frames or lenses, it's simply to check your vision and dispense a prescription. His equipment and methods are state of the art and no shortcuts are taken. No fuss, no pressure, and the price is right.

Best exam I've had! Doc was very friendly and efficient. She performed a very comprehensive exam and I felt involved in my care. No wait time and was affordable. Will be returning.

I have been getting glasses at costco for years. I recently changed my insurance. It paided 200 towards my glasses. Unfortunately costco didn't take it. The lens alone at the eye doctor's were as much as a whole pair of glasses! And that's not even with all the things I get at costco. I wear a progressive bifocal lens I had to go with a lower quality economy lens they called it to keep out of pocket down. The original price quoted was 447 at eye Dr for cheap frames! Still ended up paying 347. They try to tell u at eye Dr costco eyeglasses are cheap. All I know I picked up the glasses and there is so much distortion in the lenses were bifocals transition I get nauseated wearing them. My costco glasses are crystal clear and I can't even tell were they transition. So basically I paided 100 dollars out of pocket 347 all together for glasses I won't even wear!!!! I'll be wearing my old costco pair! I will NEVER get eyeglasses anywhere else!

I was having a problem with my frames I bought months ago. I had heard that Jackie from Bellingham was in Burlington. She had helped me many times before. I went to Burlington and Jackie once again fixed the frames! Thank you Jackie, you are amazing!

Scheduling an appointment was super easy and the actual appointment was quick too! Receptionist and optometrist were very friendly and professional! Will continue to come here for my optometry needs! :)

I went for an eye exam and they didn't even put a PD or Near PD on my prescription so now I can't order glasses!!! They charged me $110 for a useless prescription with missing data.
