Sears Optical

Sure wish I had gone on the web to check out what others had to say about these people. I never would have gone in. I'll know better next time, Don't go here. The women who work here are obviously only out for their commissions and your satisfaction is of no concern to them. I was told that an eye exam for contacts would cost more because it was more extensive. Okay...I paid cash, got no receipt for the exam but was charged almost twice as much as other places charge for the one box of contacts I received. When I tried to take them back, I was told that if I wanted a different kind of of contacts. I would have to have another exam since the exam I received was only for that one brand of contacts. (I guess I was wearing my "I'm stupid" sign that day.) I didn't get the contacts I thought I was to get. They never gave me any instruction regarding how long I could wear them without changing, etc. I wouldn't go there again for anything and am also going to file a complaint to Sears about these women. The eye doctor, Mr. Lee, seemed to be okay though. Still, I wish I had gone somewhere else.
