Dr. Robert Nicacio is an outstanding ophthalmologist whose genuine care is evident in every interaction we have with him. My husband and I have been seeing him for more than twenty years. He's very thorough, and explains everything with clarity and patience. Although we have moved away from the area, we continue to make the trip, and would not consider seeing any other eye doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Nicacio since 2006 and can't say enough good things about him. Knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, willing to answer all questions and enthusiastic about eye care. Recently, I had a DOT physical to maintain my status as a commercial truck driver and was told my vision was barely passable. I called Camas Vision Centre and Dr. Nic wouldn't be available at times I had available but their recent staff addition, Dr. Alfano, would be available. I booked with her and found her in personality and professional demeanor to be a virtual representation of Dr. Nic. I'm so impressed with the entire staff as friendly, above competent and engaging. Prescribed for glasses and contacts and have since been through "contact training," where friendly patience got me up to speed in wearing contacts. The contacts prescribed are super comfortable, virtually un-noticeable while wearing except for clearer vision. Thank you, Dr. Alfano, Dr. Nicacio and Staff.
