this was my first visit at the office today, and I have to say that the staff was excellent very Verywelcoming and very pleasant. The doctor was very knowledgeable and patient and answered questions politely I felt it was not a run through drive-through experience like some clinics they honestly seemed to enjoy their jobs and their patient. I would highly recommend anyone in the area or out of the area. It's very very close from Vancouver to visit the clinic and meet the staff!

The DR's are amazing the rest of the staff leave a lot to be desired when it comes to knowledge and service. Wrong prescription used multiple times, lack of staff to support appointments with fittings and selecting lens/frames. Rude when asked for information to order online glasses. Went to a new place today, I highly recommend Vancouver Eye Care.

I called the clinic around lunchtime Friday with an emergency concern that I might have a detached cornea. I wanted to make sure that if it all possible I could get in Friday and not have to wait until Monday. The receptionist asked me several questions and then said "come right now.". I was seen right away and had a more than normal thorough eye routine. My whole family has been going here every year for five years. Wonderful doctors, wonderful assistants , wonderful front desk.

I was referred to Dr Patel by my independent insurance agent after learning that my long time eye doctor did not accept my insurance. Dr Patel's credentials and reviews were more than acceptable. In person, he was very professional, friendly, and explained things in a way that made them easily understood. I needed a referral for a procedure, and he assured me it would clear his desk on that day.
A skilled and efficient assistant performed the routine eye exam. The office personnel were friendly and helpful.
