Dr. Benefield is an outstanding optometrist! He has always provided my entire family with excellent care. He is professional, listens to my concerns, and provides a game plan for any eye problem I may be having.
Annette, who runs the front office, is also outstanding. She is extremely helpful and kind. I appreciate her willingness to tell me if a pair of glasses actually fit me well!

They sent me out a reminder for my annual eye exam. Got on their schedule in short order, and they were ready for me at the scheduled time. My dog chewed up my prescription sunglasses, so I had to get another pair. They were RayBan wrap-arounds, which are hard to find. Annette kindly looked up all the possibilities for frames and lenses for me, and they will be ready in a couple of weeks.

I'd give a zero if possible! I have never been so uncomfortable in my life! I was with my child who is vision impared and the lady just flat out would not serve us and didn't like me. She went off on me a few times! I don't know how they're still in business!
