Robert was amazing to work with. Very professional and well learned. He was able to explain things that I struggled with. And even found an example giant lens to show me how to tell if my contacts are inside out or not. He also let me know my brand is being discontinued and helped give me a few options to read about so I can make an informed decision. Will be scheduling my yearly appointment and swapping brands very soon! Robert you're a rockstar! Keep up the great customer service. Absolute best I've had anywhere in a while

I had an amazing experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Chehalis Washington. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I was especially impressed with the optician , Tamara. She was very thorough and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I also appreciated that she took the time to let me try on different frames before making a decision. I would definitely recommend the Walmart Vision Center to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient eye exam. Here are some specific things that I appreciated about my experience: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire visit. Tamara was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand. She was also very patient and answered all of my questions. I had a wide variety of frames to choose from, and the staff was very helpful in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. The prices were very reasonable, and I was able to get a great pair of glasses for a fraction of the cost of other places. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Walmart Vision Center. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient eye exam.

Unfortunately Walmart Vision in Chehalis has moved to a zoom optometrist. I tried it last year and glasses were not quite dialed in. This year same problem. They really need an in person optometrist. I am giving an extra star because the other help is very helpful and informative. I will not be back and wish them well

I loved my experience here, I always bought ray bans off the website which are like $600 but here I got then for $200 and the service was great. I got my glasses 5 days after ordering them and they were properly adjusted to me. I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for them to come in

Walmart Vision Center in Chehalis is the best. I took my prescription to a very sweet and professional tech named Cheri. She took great care while helping me find my glasses. They'd be ready in 7-10 days, they were ready in 5 days. Then the prescription had to be changed, no fault of Walmart. But Cheri assured me that is was no problem and they would order the corrected prescription. Thanks again Cheri!!!! Oh and let's not forget Landon and Lynn, the best team ever!!!!!
