We took our 94 year old mother for a check up and Mr. Scott was very dismissive and critical and displayed his frustration of her responses to his tests . She was completely embarrassed and confused. He refused to write a prescription for her and later sent a registered letter saying he "will no longer be able to serve as" her eye care provider No problem, we still have DR. Bartell.
