I got a piece of glass in my eye and came in office for triage examination, they examined my eye and took care of the glass as well as offered professional eyedrops. We have been going to Dr Scott for several years and would recommend him highly. Dr Scott has helped my husband with macular degeneration and the effects of having had a stroke in his left optical nerve. We truly feel his care is the reason my husband has had his eye problems go into remission. The staff at Spectrum Eye Care always greets us with big smiles, a howdy and special care. When moving to Chelan, WA 12 years ago, I needed to find an eye doctor. Dr Nathan Scott was recommended to me so I called and made an appointment. I can honestly say that the reception & care on my first visit was outstanding and that the reception & care over the years has remained outstanding. Professional, kind & caring. Dr Scott's office and medical staff are also amazing. They have wonderful way of making you feel welcome and cared about. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Scott and his staff for several years now and always have a great experience. Besides receiving eye exams, the office has the BEST selection of eye ware. I have purchased four pairs of sunglasses from Spectrum Eye Care, one sports pair and three everyday/fashion, and have been happy will all. My husband requires glasses and the staff is always great at assisting with picking out styles that meet his needs and look great. Their selection includes name brand styles like Vera Wang, Calvin Klein, Nautica, and now Ray Bans!
Needless to say, we will continue to see Dr. Scott and staff into the foreseeable future.

The eye exams I have received at Spectrum Eye Care are the most thorough exams I have ever had. I have been coming here for over 9 years. They have brand new up to date equipment. They offer so many new advanced screenings that I wouldn't have the opportunity to receive at other locations. The service is amazing. The staff is attentive and professional. I was on vacation and had a piece of metal fly into my eye and I am 3 hours from my normal eye doctor so I called spectrum in the hopes that they could get me in that same day and luckily they said they could. I walked into the office and the two ladies up front were very nice and helped answer any of my questions that I had. Once i got in the woman who helped me first knew her job well and executed it perfectly. After she was finished Doctor Scott came in and examined me and was able to dislodge the piece of metal from my eye and then send me on my way after writing my prescription and making sure I was educated to the fullest extent on what my after care entailed. I cant thank everyone there enough on not only a job well done but a job well done without the rush or sense of urgency of squeezing in another patient on what seemed like a busy day. Thank you so much!

Sadly I tried this office twice out of convenience. Never again. Not only did the doctor's assistant give me the wrong contacts...even after I asked to try the other trials. but Dr. SCOTT approved them without giving me choice to try the others. Then, when my eye pressure levels were higher than normal (a genetic issue) and I sought a specialist's second opinion, Dr. SCOTT send me a scathing letter with highlighted , underlined portions and exclamation points. His letter's gist was basically, how dare I seek a seek a second opinion. THEY ARE MY EYES!!! I am now with an amazing provider in Wenatchee with contacts that work! And, eyeglasses that will cost 75% less out of pocket rather than the sham of $700+ from Spectrum. Do NOT go here!!!!!!
