Got here 6 minutes after our scheduled appointment for two people, and told us they can only take only one of us. Like, I get that you guys are packed, but between two people, you can be 1 minutes more efficient to not have to cancel a whole second persons appointment. Not everyone who comes here loves in Clarkston, we drove 45 minutes to get here. Lame.

Really liked Brianne, that helped us with picking our eye glasses, she was the best! Very honest at making you look your best. All the employees were great but picking glasses can be difficult and Brianne was very knowledgeable at making sure they fit properly. This business uses state of the art technology with their eye exam too. Thank you

I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. The ladies/technicians in the office were so helpful and knowledgeable. They were very kind as well. The doctor who did my exam/diagnostic tests was also very kind and so knowledgeable. He was also concerned about my wait time in the exam room because he had found an abnormality in one of the retinal scans that he wanted to talk to the other ophthalmologist about. He checked in on my every few minutes to make sure I was not feeling like I had been forgotten about. I was amazed at how much time he spent with me and how thorough he was. I also respect him for checking out the scan with the more experienced doctor. My whole experience with this office was great.

Went to get a new prescription for contact lenses. The optician tried to "sell" me some other product even though my current lenses are perfect. He wrote a prescription for what he wanted me to "try". Now of course I have to go in (not at Emerald Eye Care this time!!) to get another prescription for the lenses I wanted in the first place. Be aware that they try to sell you more expensive lenses - stay away!

But fortunately enough was not. It was actually a good encounter, and I am looking forward to my next eye care appointment.

What a Great staff! The doctor was so kind and explained everything so wonderfully! The whole entire staff were so wonderful. I'd never had an eye exam before and they explained everything as we were going along made me feel so comfortable, from the time I walked in until the time I left with my prescription order placed.

I was really pleased with my experience, I haven't been to the eye doctors in over twenty years. Things have definitely changed and become very technologically developed. I wasn't blinded, and they didn't have to dilate my eyes or anything crazy. They did the exam quickly, efficiently, and were very pleasant and kind. They made the overall experience very pleasant and I'll be returning every year or two to them for my regular eye exams now.
