Family Eye Clinic

Love the Dr & staff. My family has been seeing them for years. When I had an eye issue, instead of waiting, they got me in super fast. I'm so appreciative of them & they are all so kind- we'll always be seen here. Dr is knowledgeable on Thyroid Eye Disease. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I came in this week because the 10 month old frames I bought were defective. I was told they can't help me because they are not under warranty. Very disappointed. I won't be buying again from them. I have been going to Dr. Storrs for many years and this just left a terrible impression on me.

I have been going to Dr. Storrs for years now. I have always found her to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind which is so rare in any branch of the medical industry today. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Storrs is great & the new addition of the optical shop is wonderful. Everyone in the office & optical shop was so professional & helpful. Family Eye Clinic is definitely the place to go for total eye care in Ellensburg.

Family eye care is friendly and very caring. My mom had an emergency and the dr. Came in in Sunday. She didn't have any negativity about it and I truly appreciated her care for my mom. Her assistant is irreplaceable. Thank you so much.

Dr Storrs gave me a thorough post surgery examination and answered all of my concerns. She also gave me a recap education on what I can expect of the healing process and the possibilities ahead. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and unafraid to ask questions.

Would give zero (0) stars if possible & would not recommend this clinic. Take the time & go to Yakima or surrounding area & look for an honest clinic. Went into the clinic 09/05/2023 without insurance & was made aware all fees & charges needed to be paid for, IN FULL, at the time of appointment. Totally fine, & paid for visit without issue. A month & a half (1.5 months) later, received a bill for additional charges. Contact with the clinic was frustrating on our end & ultimately was told that they forgot this charge at the time of service & were retroactively invoicing for THEIR incorrectly billed, missing charge. Was also told "this happens every once in a while." How? Would not suggest to patron them. They are not thorough in their billing & do not own their mistakes. Will not return; would not recommend.
