Valley Vision Associates

I've been going here for over 20 years (formerly The Boy Smiths Vision Center). The staff is always understanding, friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue, but I'm confident if I did they would resolve it in a timely manner. I have high anxiety and am often uncomfortable with people being in my personal space, so I'm extremely thankful that they've created a personable environment where I can let my guard down. Dr. Dravitzki and his associates are respectful, knowledgeable and consistent in their care. The frames division's honesty helped me find the perfect frames to compliment my features and give me confidence when wearing glasses. I would and have recommended Valley Vision to friends, family, acquaintances and coworkers.

I had such an amazing experience at Valley Vision Associates. I was concerned about my eyes and some issues I had been told that I might be experiencing from my optometrist, and I was able to get an appointment rather quickly with Dr. Faith. Dr. Faith was really great at explaining everything going on with my eyes. He reassured me and gave me the next best steps, including home treatments, what symptoms to look out for, as well as when to follow up. I left the appointment feeling very happy, and my anxiety was completely resolved. I'm very grateful for this office. It looks nice, it's clean, it's bright, has a comfortable waiting area and all of the staff were very friendly, cheerful with smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Valley Vision Associates for your eye care needs!

These folks are truly the best! Each time I've gone in, it's been such a pleasant experience across the board. Grom checking in, the eye exam (and pre), all the way through the picking out the "perfect" glasses and getting that perfect fit! Very friendly. Very helpful. And of course, I gotta shout out Dr. Dravitzki, because I was lucky enough to be scheduled with him after my last optometrist moved away (which I was super bummed about, because she was also great!)! I was honestly a bit hesitant about who I'd get next, because at the time, there wasn't another female dr, which I always prefer. And, well, Dr. Dravitzki made me feel instantly at ease and comfortable, explained things in a way that was easy to understand and follow, he knew what he was talking about, and really, he's just a cool dude! 10/10 recommend.

I had the pleasure of visiting Valley Vision for an emergency eye exam for my child, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The clinic is clean, and well-organized, with a calm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain every step of the process. Dr. was thorough and patient, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the results of my exam. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients'. Overall, I highly recommend Valley Vision to anyone in need of eye care.

We always receive professional care and prompt, positive service from the employees at Valley Vision. Dr. Jourdan sees my three boys for eye care. She is always delightful, timely, and attentive.

Happened to go in for my appointment on Halloween and the staff were dressed up. It was so nice to see so much fun from an office. The Dr. was very professional and informative and answered all my questions. Great place to go. Onto progressives after my Lasik finally gave out
