This new location provides great service - every person there seemed friendly and warm, from the first contact on the phone, through the exam and frame selection, and then the final fitting for the new glasses. I appreciated that the staff all seemed to care about each other, because in general a happy workplace leads to better service, which was my experience. The doctor was kind and efficient, providing good recommendations and a prescription that when I received the prescribed eyeglasses seems just right. The woman who helped me select frames and get measurements for my lenses for ordering was very helpful, and when the glasses arrived, the staff provided helpful information to get used to them, as well as being very clear on how the warranty worked before I left the store. The expected delivery for the glasses was two weeks, but my glasses came in about a week and a half. They had a large selection of glasses from which to choose, and I was able to find frames that were exactly what I was looking for. The shop itself was clean, new, and felt very hygienic. Prices were quite reasonable in spring 2026. Ample parking is available, and it's conveniently located near the Everett Mall. If you're looking eyeglasses, highly recommend the new Everett location of America's Best Eyeglasses.

This was my second time at the optical store, and once again I had a great experience. Bin assisted me and provided exceptional optical service. She was very knowledgeable about the lenses and frames, explained the differences clearly, and helped me choose the best option for my needs. She paid close attention to the fit and made sure everything was perfectly adjusted. You can tell she truly understands her work. I'm very satisfied with the quality of service.

I've had terrible experiences at other locations and due to lack of time and much needed eye exams I decided to give this location a try. Ashleigh was truly great at everything, very sweet and kind in every single interaction. I and my friend got the additional eye exam and then the Dr made sure to send the referral to see a specialist after explaining how bad her eyes were due to chronic conditions. It's nice to find people who really love what they do. I see the other reviews and I can't believe it's the same place. Perhaps that happened with different staff...

As a working professional with limited time, I truly appreciate when a product and service are worth it. The professionals at America's Best were top-notch. I was hesitant to go in, but once I did, I was greeted by Kimmy, kind, attentive, supportive, and very patient. I shared that, up to this point, I hadn't found a pair of glasses that suited me. It wasn't about money or insurance; it was about finding someone willing to take the time to go over products with care. Kimmy did exactly that, and it made all the difference. She took her time, explained the process clearly, and made sure I was confident in my choices. I ended up getting three pairs of glasses that suited me better than anything I'd found elsewhere, including at a boutique shop I'd already visited twice that same day. I never felt rushed or brushed off. The best part, I love all three pairs so much that none of them feel like "back-ups." Each one fits perfectly and feels like the right pair to wear with pride. I left feeling that I had received a great deal and excellent service. Which can seem rare these days. When I came back to pick up my glasses, they were ready as promised. What really sealed the deal for me was watching how the staff treated everyone with the same kindness and respect. That says a lot about their culture and professionalism. Please don't be fooled by the inflated rating. This truly is the worst glasses store that I've visited. The frames and glasses are overpriced. The optometrist, though seemingly professional, dropped my prescription which turned out to be huge mistake. My prescription had been quite stable into my early thirties, until this pair that had cause sooo much strain as I wasn't able to see well in them. (I believe the wrong assessment was made during the fitting process as the testing lenses were pushed too close to my eyes and inflated their power.) The staffs were not very knowledgeable or professional. They didn't inform me of the full process and timeline of the eye exam (e.g. the need for dilation), causing unnecessary waste time and second appointments. They didn't seem knowledgeable about the materials, tech, fit of their products. They did not provide me with a brochure or inform me of the 30 day limits to fix an unfit prescription (and did even give me a prescription physical or digital copy) until I reminded them multiple times. What's worse, the associates talked about remaking/fixing the lens in such a beguilingly light tone that gave me the impression they will always stand by it, but the moment I reached out with any issues after trying it for a sufficient period to confirm, they become flaky, difficult to communicate with, and rigidly hide behind the store rules. (If you've encountered any stores that drag out the returns or warranties process to deter you, this is the exact same experience but worse as glasses are such essential part of a wearer's daily life and health). They also didn't take my feedback of pain seriously and only made simple adjustments that were just masking the problem and didn't allow me enough time to re-test the fit, rather than re-examine the structure of that frame and accept it was a poor fit for my anatomy. I had endured almost a year of pain behind my ears and on my nose bridges from the pinching that adjustments won't fix as there's a design flaw in how this frame distributes weights. The manager was rude, condescending and rigid, and would not work with me to fix these issues. 100% would not recommend.

I'm happy with service that I got from the 2 ladies that had helped me at the store . The Asian lady and the young Caucasian lady there in Everett mall way . Much so and totally way better experience for me here then the Lynnwood store. The only take away for me was, that I wish the same 2 ladies were working when I came in the morning time to do payment for my 2 pairs of glasses. Anyhow, I'll be coming here more often. I hope no rotating of staff from Lynnwood branch to Everett... I don't like the stinky attitude staff from Lynnwood to be in Everett branch.. Let's leave it the way it is, with the staff members there. .

As kind as they are, do not let them talk you into getting the pictures for your eyes that cost an extra 50 dollars. Ive always had reoccurring eye problems so I got it done after the younger lady recommended it to me. I doubt she doesnt know that the doctor doesnt even care to bring it up and if she does, thats messed up and youre scamming people. I went to see the actual doctor and she didnt even bring up the pictures. I had to remind her and she pulled them up and didnt even explain what was going on. She just stared at them with me and said "see?" No ma'am I do not see. One, the other lady took my glasses to fix them so Im literally blind, two you cant just say see and tell me nothing. I explained im not sure what im looking at and she confusingly started to look at it as if she had no idea what she was looking at herself and told me a bunch of bs that made 0 sense. I went ahead and left her to her own device and left. Never coming here again. Also MAKE SURE THEY MEASURE YOUR PUPIL DISTANCE they dont do this so you can have trouble buying glasses from anyone but them. Pupil distance helps eyeglasses makers know where to put the strongest prescription at in the glass. Scammers.

Worst customer service!! I paid a hundred dollars for an exam. They refused to give me my whole prescription. They refused to measure and provide me with my PD number (Distance Pupillary Distance). Because I didn't purchase glasses with them today, they won't measure this for me therefore I can't order glasses! I paid a hundred dollars for half of a prescription!! This place is a rip off!!! Don't bother with them!!!
