The tech, Margo, was very knowledgeable. Dr. Kim was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and thorough, and detected something in my vision that has never been noticed before, & plans to follow up on it. I was thrilled with my choice of frames & the optician, Fabiola, understood exactly what I needed in a frame . I look forward to getting my new glasses in about another week. Everyone in the eye clinic was very sweet & friendly, like family. I think I may adopt them all! God bless team!

Silver Lake Eye Care is unlike any optometry clinic I have ever been to. In the past I went to America's Best Eyewear or Costco but I didn't know what I was missing. The doctors were so thorough at Silver Lake Eye Care. They spent a lot of time with me and were not satisfied until they truly figured out how to address my unique vision issues. I finally have the right prescription and my vision is better than it has been in years. Also, all of the staff is knowledgeable personable and seem to genuinely like what they are doing.

I had a great experience again. I wasn't sure about staying with Silver Lake Eye Care since Dr Sundholm retired. I didn't think that anyone could take care of me and my family's eye care needs as well as she did. I was going through other health issues and was very grateful that Dr Kim , Krista, and everyone else that works there made me feel like I was very well taken care of. I have loved the glasses I got a couple of years ago from you. The frame style is not one you currently carry, so I have treat them with kids glovesand come to visit every month or so. For adjustments. Krista always makes them fit my face again and this helped me keep them because I love them so much! I think you should make her your design consultant for all the glass frames you get in. She has great taste and style. She has also been fun and very helpful.

We worked with Warren, who not just knows what he is doing but does it extremely well. Crazy good. He is the best I've seen in WA (I had some of the best in Seoul, and he is up there.) He can pick the best glasses for you based on your complexion, face shape and line, eye and hair color, and the current trend. Not just the frames. He is impressively knowledgeable in his trade and can cite what's what depending on the patron's age and work habits. But what I am most struck by is his service. He doesn't just have good work ethic. He seems to go miles out of his way to make the eye glasses shopping experience most valuable for the customer. He is a genius in what he's doing!!
