The results of my cataract surgeries at Physcians Optical were quite amazing. My vision was greatly improved in both eyes.
White was no longer yellowish & I can clearly see the difference in color between navy and black. Staff is exceptionally skilled & professional. I highly recommend them!

Admin and medical staff very pleasant, helpful, and thorough. Total confidence in the Ophthalmologist who examined my eyes. Turns out my issue is not unusual or particularly serious, but the Dr. wanted to re-examine eyes in six weeks to assure issue is stable. I wasn't expecting that level of ownership. Also, this practice was willing to see me on short notice during a holiday week, out of concern for my health, when another turned me down, even with an "urgent" referral from pcp.

I highly recommend Physicians Eye Clinic surgery center on Hoyt in Everett. I went to Dr. Jones III for an eye disease, and he's been absolutely wonderful as has his whole team. I then had eye surgery on both eyes with cataracts removed and PanOptix installed and I can now see almost 20/20 and can read the smallest line on the near vision chart. Their surgery team is highly efficient and kind. I recommend this clinic .

Always have had the best care. From the front office to the entire staff Dr Jones' staff has always given the best care from bed side manners to professionalism and experience. I pay out of pocket and feel the prices are in line with other offices. I currently have Kaiser Permanente insurance and opt to go here due to the lack of care and being misdiagnosed at KP. I've been coming here for two years and will continue to come back here. I highly recommend Dr Jones III

I was greeted by friendly professional staff, who worked so well together. They kept me at ease throughout the process, always ensuring my questions were answered and everything was in place and explained to my satisfaction. The facility is top notch, receptionists are friendly and experienced, pre-op personnel are extremely knowledgeable and caring, surgical team operates like a well functioning team of nurses and the doctors are professional, caring, thorough and most important, they are the best!!
