Cassie at the Everett Pearle Vision was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing my lenses. She took the time to explain the different options, coatings, and benefits, and made sure everything fit my needs and prescription. I never felt rushed or pressured, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. I called Pearle Vision after getting a crazy quote from LensCrafters for the same Versace glasses. LensCrafters wanted over $550 with my insurance. Pearle Vision quoted me around $500 retail and after insurance applied my total came out to about $160 out of pocket for the same Transitions anti- glare polycarbonate lenses.
They were straightforward, polite, and actually explained everything clearly. No hidden costs, no pressure, no games. They even confirmed everything over the phone before I came in which saved me time and stress.
This is how using vision insurance should work. If you have FEP Vision or any other plan go to Pearle Vision. They're honest, transparent, and will actually save you money instead of overcharging you.

We have been coming to the Everett Pearle Vision for over 10 years for our eye exams and glasses. As always, we were greeted warmly and directed for my eye exam. My son also needed new glasses, but he had already had his exam. The exam was quick and thorough. After our exam we sat down with the manager, Kristy. The staff had assisted my autistic son in picking out his glasses and he's very happy with his new glasses and sunglasses!! Kristy made sure to give us the full break down with our insurance and on our way quickly!
The glasses came in super fast and pickup was a breeze! They made sure everything was fitting comfortably and that our vision was clear. 5/5 we always recommend our friend to the Everett Pearle Vision!

Staff is great when taking your order (and money), but when there's a 1 month delay in your order, everything falls through. Cassie was helpful from the start and kept her word in following up. Kristy, the store manager, doesn't even acknowledge herself as the manager until a formal complaint is filed and that's when she wants to step into her role as the store manager.
