I have been coming here for a couple of years and have really enjoyed the visit. I felt like the staff really cared about me and my needs. Lexi was awesome made me really feel comfortable. I felt uncomfortable getting my eyes dialated and going throught he whole exam thing where they puff the air into your eyes and take pictures, but Lexi helped me relax with her small talk and kind words. The Doc was chipper and really liked explaining things to me which was really cool. I was out in a jiffy. I found a nice frame and ordered them and they were ready in a week. They have a rather nice selection of frames for men and women. In a previous year, I brought my own frames and they did the lenses, so that was really cool.

I have been seen by Dr. Hall for probably ten years. I have been happy with his and his staff's service overall. Last January, however, I had an eye exam, and I sensed that the Rx was not right, but went ahead and got the new Rx filled. Something felt off. I returned to his office in March of last year, and he re-did the exam, and told me it was correct. Meanwhile, my work suffered because I had difficulty seeing what was on the computer screen at work. I finally went back a third time, and was helped by the optician in the store he also owns. The optician made a "guestimate" change in my Rx, and I got that filled. It helped somewhat, but still was not right. In early January, I went to a different eye doctor (Mill Creek Family Eye Clinic). They did a thorough exam, and issued a new Rx. I got the Rx filled, and I can see again! I just wish I didn't have to suffer (and my job performance/pay suffered too!) All in all, I'm not going back.

I ordered glasses from this place and was expecting good results. The glasses took two months to arrive and I was told it was because there was a water pipe flood at the factory and orders were delayed. No one called me for those two months. When I got the glasses they didn't seem right. This optical company assumed no responsibility and told me to have my opthamologist check out the glasses. I did and was told the prescription was all wrong. I went back to Silver Lake Optical and told them that. After a month I got supposed new glasses. They didn't seem right but I thought maybe I was imagining it. A year later, after hating these glasses, I went to my usual opthamologist and found out the prescription was not right at all. In addition, I had paid Silver Lake Optical extra for hardening of the lenses and yet the left lens developed a crack in the middle of the lens. It didn't spread but oddly just stayed in the middle. Obviously, I didn't get the hardening that I paid for. I will never go back. The glasses weren't right but I just didn't believe that the company would be so deceitful a second time.

I went in here for an eye appointment because my primary doctor said my vision was getting very bad when I went in he told me I had 20/20 vision and this did not seem right to me or my parents and we decided to get a second opinion not only do I need glasses I have a very bad stigmatism where my eye is shaped like a football, and I need bifocals. again he told me I had 20/20 vision and that my eyes were nearly perfect I think we're his exact words definitely would not recommend this place.

Hmmmmm, where do I begin. Three eye exams and all three were wrong. Could not wear my glasses due to incorrect prescription. The doctor used my 20 years old glasses as a measuring tool instead of just testing my vision. I thought that was weird. The first exam, I felt was somewhat sloppy. Purchased my glasses (two pairs) and could not use them. I came back to recheck my eyes. The doctor said that the prescription is correct and that I should switch to the most expensive lenses. I did. Same problem. Came back to recheck my eyes again. He gave me another prescription that was different from the first one. This time I decided to get another opinion from another doctor before I switch my lenses again. I had Dr. Dale K. Rahn recheck my eyes, just to make sure that my third prescription is correct. Guess what? It was not, it was even worst than the first one. Dr. Dale K. Rahn gave me new prescription and I changed one pair of glasses to his prescription to compare both pairs before changing the other pair. I got my glasses and WOW, what a difference! I changed my other glasses to Dr. Dale K. Rahn prescription as well. My eyes were relaxed, I could see without any distortion or problem. I don't know what was the problem that Dr. Roger W. Hall could not handle, but I know for sure that I will not see Dr. Roger W. Hall anymore. Based on my personal experience I would not recommend Dr. Roger W. Hall as your eye doctor.

I'm very disappointed and upset with my visit. I don't remember the doctors name, it wasn't Roger Hall. I have never been so rushed through an eye exam like I was this one. The exam lasted MAYBE 3 minutes, no joke. I don't know how she was even able to write me a perscription for glasses since she never made the letters non blurry for me to see. So now I'm completely upset, struggling to see more every day. And now I have wasted my one appointment, that my insurance would pay for, on a visit that left me completely upset and still without glasses. There is no way the perscription that she wrote is going to work at all. She never even made it so I could see the letters clearly, just guess them. Now what do I do? Where do I go? I need new glasses SO BADLY!!! and can't afford to pay for the visit or glasses myself. Totally heartbroken and disappointed!!

OMG !!! real story.... back in october 2017 i had an emergency with my right eye. I was told that the hospital does not work with eyes. I was told that i needed to see an optometrist. the next day. I was in high pain due to my cornea had been scratched by my dog charlie. yeah he is still my 4 legged friend... lol ... so i went to see the eye dr that was referred to me . i went every day for about 4 days straight to this place followed every step that was given. had an eye patch that was like a contact to heal the eye. which was to keep the eye lid from scratching the cornea. it healed but then i had to revisit them again. They took me back but informed me i could not see them again for a follow up. So i had to find another dr that would do the follow up. I was told I had dry eye I never heard of dry eye before in my life.. I was recommend drops and was told to keep it moist and that was to continue to do this till it got better.. between all those visit i went to the emergency room 4 time over this eye to no avail no real relief. Was sensitive to any form of light job was challenged and to engage in life was so painful to navigate to drive to work even sleep. The pain kept me up for six month I went with out a good night rest . My mom is a nurse and noticed that this eye isn't getting any better said it would be good for me to go see a Dr. I felt so discouraged thinking that it would be the same story... So i thought id give it another try. One more time.. As i was driving to the drop n clinic. I prayed... God Please make the way...prepare the path. the dr there said we are not fit to help you with your eyes but... don't you think you would like to take care of this today? im thinking Ya! more then you know.. so Dr Anderson is the one who referred me to Dr HIll... I was in so much pain when I entered his office i was so wild due to the pain in the cornea. i was told to settled down or I go back to the ER which i knew was no relief there. so i complied I was told my eye had an infection . so between an abrasion of the cornea and infection we needed a game plan for sure. It was around 3 pm or so on a Wednesday. I was to get some meds on the way home then he wanted me back on thursday , friday , saturday , Sunday which was mothers day to put compression eye patch on which i think it was to give the eye a rest. then a follow up on monday.. In all my days of visiting a Dr I have never seen a Dr so tenacious in all my life. EVER. His focus on getting this eye to heal was remarkable. And who works on a week n .. to care for an emergency such as mine.. I am so grateful to getting back to recovery feeling a bit better and more hopeful then ever.. my last visit with him he said that it looks like I will have a great summer.... ..So far i Have a hi regard for his work. IM still in recovery but am so hopeful and with much apprication of his work... InHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! HIs work .. YOu will be in great hands... thanks you Dr Hlll Thank U!!!!!!!

Dr Hall treated an acute eye condition that bothered me for years. His accurate diagnosis of the condition, treatment regimen, and prescriptions ensured that the eye condition did not recur after a year since my last visit.
