Silver Lake Eye Clinic

I used to only go to silver lake for years. In 2024 I went in, got my prescription, normal operating proceedure. Until I went to get my contacts. Despite confirming the doctor I saw is in network, they billed under a completely different doctor than the one I saw, which is out of network. Because the claim hadnt been processed I had to pay out of pocket in 2024, losing $250 in benefits. I went to the office and tried to work it out with them, I was told I would get a call back - never happened. Emailed the office and the billing contact I had and was ghosted. Fast forward to 2025, I used optum this time (highly recommend). Went to get my contacts, and there was no benefit. Put in a call to my insurance and get told Silver Lake was rebilling in the 2025 calendar year under thr same doctor I have not seen. Cannot begin to describe how frustrating this experience has been, thankfully my insurance could see it was messed up and gave me an authorization so Silver Lakes poor billing and questionable insurance claims dont bring my total losses to $500.

Is this place even open still? I can't get a hold of anyone. Their phones ring and then say not available. Their optometry phone never goes to a person and I can't leave a voicemail because the box is full. I just want to order contacts and cancel my appointments at this point.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy first time check in process and they took the time to explain everything while also inquiring if I had questions. The team was awesome. Plus their costumes were amazing (I visited on Halloween ). Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a vision clinic in the Everett area.

Been going there for years, always a good experience. Dr. Natalia Dohman is now the one I see since Dr. Hall has retired. Still a good place to get my eyes checked and new glasses when needed. It is a friendly and capable place.

I don't know who would give bad reviews to this place. Because these doctors have been amazing for the years that I've been going here. The doctor that previously was here was amazing, and the ones they have. Now are just as good super friendly, great prices. I mean, nothing short of friendly, caring considerate understanding. And professional, they go above and beyond. And get the job done. And I'll tell you what best decision I ever made was to get my eyes checked because now I can see in super h. D, and this place has helped me. So many times and I love this place 5 stars, I'd give them 10. I don't know who gave him low ratings or y, but They need to reconsider if you need to get your eyes done. This is the place they work with medicaid, medicare, all the apple health, and i'm telling you, staff is second to none

They Never answer their phone or call back. I WAS Trying to make appts..Left a voicemail multiple times..they dont reach out..its been a week already trying to get in touch with someone..the receptionist just sit and talk all day everytime Ive been there in the past. I dont think they want people coming in because they get to work. But whoever owns that place should look into this, phone records or cameras...u r loosing customers.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic! Dr. Talia was incredibly thorough, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my eye exam. She took the time to explain everything clearly and truly cared about my eye health. The entire team was fantastic--Bella and Riley at the front desk were so welcoming and efficient, and Lexi made the pre-exam process smooth and comfortable. Monique runs a great operation, and Gina helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. I can't recommend this place enough--everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Five stars all the way!

This place is amazing and filled with wonderful people. They even remembered me from many years ago. Such a great service from the front desk to the doctors to the glasses specialists. So glad my new insurance is taken by them so we can return to using this clinic. Looking forward to my new glasses.
