Eye Care For You

My husband and I have been going here for years. Everyone is very professional and helpful. Weve always had a good experience. We'd definitely recommend them.

I went last year for my own appointment and they were great! Just went back a couple weeks ago for my son's first eye exam and they were so good with him. I've never had a bad experience here. They've always been very friendly and have always called me back and answered any questions I have had. They even had a toy bucket for my younger kids to be entertained while their brother got his exam.

Front office staff is catty and rude. I overheard them talking about a customer who called to ask about using Medicaid for there child's eye appointment.

I would give them a zero if i could. I took my kids in in December. Had been calling them weekly with no answer. They said they were calling my mom, which is not true as she works on her phone so there is no way she missed a call from them. We waited 11 weeks for glasses. Very unprofessional. Then when I asked why they were not calling me for the update she said I don't have the same last name as my kids, but in that case neither does my mother, i dont understand why they would continue to call my mom when i had left several voicemails as well with my number and name and my kids names. They never answer their phones or call you back either. Do not go to this place unless you want to wait forever to get glasses or deal with a snotty receptionist. Very disappointed in their services.

Did a great job for me professional, friendly, clean, respectful. I felt the glasses were a good value for what my insurance needs and what was spent out of pocket. I will continue to go here, I do think they could use some tech. upgrades for measuring vision. But this is just on what I have seen in other offices I have went too. I like supporting local business also, great job and thank you.

"Eye care for you," more like "I care about my bottom line." These people screw over customers that are paying good money. Walmart offers better customer service than this place. They talk to you like you're beneath them and are just disrespectful. Stay away at all costs!

I ordered my glasses on March 5, was told they would be here in 3 weeks, they arrived six weeks later, without the transition lenses I paid for. I returned them, and was told they were going to rush order them. It would be at most three weeks. It is now going on five weeks, and still no glasses. No customer service either, just excuses that it wasn't their fault. An employee let it slip today that it was their error and they didn't order transition lenses. I am disappointed with the new doctor and the management of the clinic. I will not return, after 22+ years.

The office staff was kind and caring. The assistant/nurse was kind as well. The doctor was awful. I cannot believe the way she spoke not only to the children I was trusting in her care, but to her staff as well. She was demeaning and had no patience whatsoever for a child who was scared. I will NEVER suggest this clinic to anyone.
