They charged me thousands for experimental treatments for dry eye that did not work. Each time I would be booked for a particular treatment they would have me set up for the other type of treatment and what the doctor said I would be seen for next time never matched up with what they were doing. Guess it didn't really matter since it didn't do me any good anyway.
Unfortunately, in the process I was dumb enough to also buy 2 pairs of glasses from them. I went in so many times to get them adjusted that I've lost count. I explained again and again that I work in a NICU and it won't do to have my glasses falling off and landing on the baby that I'm assessing. They couldn't possibly care less. I finally just threw the $600 crap glasses I got from them last in the garbage because they fell off my face and in trying to catch them and keep them on they jabbed me in the eye. Oh and Rhonda is as rude as any human could be. I'm glad I won't be dealing with her again.
This was hands down the best eye exam I ever experienced, all my concerns were addressed immediately and for 1st time, in my life, the prescription is exactly what it is supposed to be instead of "just close enough" that I've settled for in the past with other vision/glasses places. Topping on the cake, that normal 2 week wait time for glasses, NOPE they had them on my face in under 48 hours MIND-BLOWING. Everyone working there was very professional, super helpful and friendly. Can't believe I drive past their building every day and never knew this gem in our community was there. I'll never drive to Vancouver for eye care again!

So pleased with the friendly staff and level of care with Dr Laulainen. He took time to really listen and help me understand what was changing with my eyes. I would highly recommend Three Rivers Eye Care!

Dr Laulainen is great, he helped me get the right prescription and I truly appreciate him.
But don't get glasses from here. I paid $300+ for them to mess up my lenses, break my frames, and lie about it. The first time they did my glasses, the optical height was way too low. When I went back and said something wasn't right, they pushed that it was an adjustment thing. I had to come back again a few weeks later and they finally agreed to fix the optical height.
When i got home from picking them up the second time, I noticed a crack in my frames that had been poorly super glued. When I put the glasses on again, the crack broke apart and the lense came out. I signed a no warranty form unfortunately, but my issue at this point is that they insist that the lab didn't do it, and they inspected them. That would imply that i brought them home, broke them, glued them back together, and broke them again to complain?
Don't refund me the $300+ I spent for you to break my glasses, fine whatever. But it's upsetting that they refuse to accept that they didn't spot the crack in their inspection, and that their lab messed up and tried to cover it up. Someone broke my frames and glued them back together, and it was not me.
My bad for signing the no warranty, but I'd appreciate if they didn't try to gaslight me.

Be advised that they sent me a letter with an additional $20. fee weeks later.
I paid my $50. Bill at the time of the exam with a Visa credit card.
Maybe this bill makes sense to them but. It may bill was $70.00 at the time of the exam they should have charged me that amount.
They are quick to get you in and out of the office, They seam to rush the exam prescription
I've had many eye exams and this one I don't feel confident in eye exam prescription.
The customer service that I received from Rhonda at Three Rivers Eye Care was atrocious. This lady has no business being anywhere near customers. She is degrading, rude and thinks she is above you. Despite multiple attempts to speak to her boss she would never allow me to voice my complaints because if you ask her, there is nobody above her. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I tried for 2 weeks to get the product that I paid for but they were unwilling to fix their mistakes and instead put the responsibility on me to pay out of pocket to correct it. I eventually filed a dispute with my insurance and got my benefits re-instated so that I could go elsewhere. I never wanted a refund, only to receive the product that I had paid for but was told several times that they don't issue refunds. I was left with no choice but to file a dispute. My next steps will be to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place.
The office staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were kind to my young daughter who came in with me. My eye exam went well and I'm confident in the assessment. The office is clean and had a very nice selection of glasses to choose from. It was a pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend Three Rivers Eye Care to family and friends.
I had a great experience. The office staff was friendly and persistent in helping me figure out a misunderstanding with my insurance provider. Dr. Lauleinen was personable and professional and I ended up with a much better fitting contact. They were thoughtful about getting me a great deal on a quality contact and explained the rebate program thoroughly. Highly recommend.
