Columbia Point Eye Care

I had a very good experience with all the staff at Columbia Point Optical. The tech, when she heard I wanted a second pair of glasses like what I had she went back to get some discounted discontinued styles from which I was able to choose a pair. Dr. Randall was a good listener and tested me in a professional and efficient manner. When I picked up my glasses, the woman was very helpful and personable. I appreciate all the help I received.?

I am a new patient To Columbia point eye care. My husband and I both went in for our eye exams and we were able to get new glasses. The staff was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. All of the opticians were great helping us get the frames and fit we needed. We worked mainly with Chris and we're very very satisfied with his assistance.

The eye care exams and staff here are great , efficient and detailed. The cost of glasses is high, though. Previously I paid 3x the cost that I could get them for online , and that was with insurance benefits being applied ($580 vs. $192 for Raybans). Also , the brand of contacts they prescribed for my daughter was a kind only they could provide , costing 3x more than I could get the same contact lenses prescription for at Costco, I asked them to prescribe a brand I could get over the counter and they refused, most likely due to shared revenues they get from using the certain brand. That did not sit well with me. Nobody likes to overpay by 200% or more on common items that can be found at many stores.

I have always enjoyed coming here. They always greet you so kindly and receive you pleasantly. The team there is awesome! I was told there the old clinic was bought out so a lot of new faces but absolutely wonderful care. I want to shout out Chris for helping me choose my glasses and being absolutely terrific! Everyone usually thinks going to the Dr is a drag. But I look forward to going every time it's for my eyes. Dr. Dunlop is amazing. He is very friendly and makes sure you understand your eyes and the care they need. I feel like he discusses everything very throughly and genuinely cares about you as a person. Chris is another amazing part of the visit. He took the time to actually help me find the right pair of glasses that fit not only my face but my budget. He didn't send me out there to aimlessly look for something I thought I would like. Which at that point I get overwhelmed. He was super outgoing, charismatic and very kind. Thank you guys for the best experience yet, can't wait to come back!

I haven't been this impressed by a group of healthcare professionals in a long time. Columbia Point Eye Care is truly exceptional, and the entire team--from the front desk to the doctors--is fabulous. Dr. Corey Dunlop is phenomenal and a primary reason I am a loyal patient. When I was first diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy, Dr. Dunlop was the one who caught it and immediately referred me to a specialist for the treatments needed to halt the disease's progress. His kindness, attentiveness, and expertise made a difficult diagnosis so much easier to navigate. I always feel completely at ease with him; it's never an awkward experience. Working with the optician, Christopher (Chris) Torres, was another highlight of my visit. Chris is a master of his craft and so easy to chat with--I haven't laughed that hard in a long time! He made picking out frames so much fun and helped me find styles that perfectly complemented my features. When he speaks about his work, you can hear how much he truly cares about his patients and his love for what he does. He is incredibly passionate about helping people in any way he can, and he even assured me he would take care of all my eyewear needs going forward. On top of the great experience, Chris was incredibly diligent about using my insurance and every possible discount to get me the best price on four sets of glasses. I have already recommended this office to everyone I know. If you are looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely enjoyable care, I highly recommend Dr. Dunlop and Christopher Torres for all your eyecare AND eyewear needs at Columbia Point Vision!"

The doctor and staff were absolutely amazing and so caring with my child. They really took the time to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely continue coming here and would recommend this office to all of our friends and family.

I had an amazing experience at Columbia Point Eye Care from start to finish. Venessalee, the ophthalmologist medical technician was incredibly helpful and her personality truly stood out. She went above and beyond in a way you don't see every day the kind of employee any clinic would be lucky to have. Dr. Dunlop was also fantastic. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each part of my exam. Chris, the optical tech was great as well. He was extremely helpful in guiding me through choosing my new glasses and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the best eye care visits I've ever had. Highly recommend!
