I absolutely love Dr. Kitner and his staff at Kennewick vision! They are the best and make you feel at home when you are getting your eye exam done and fitted for glasses. They really know their stuff! They are always positive and fun too.

EDIT: THEY BILLED MY INSURANCE FOR SERVICES THEY HAVE NOT YET PROVIDED. So I can't call a different eye place BUT they never ordered the trial pair of contacts and have not ordered my years supply but they sure did help themselves to my insurance money quick as possible.
I went in just to get an exam for contact lenses. They couldn't order my contacts until they had a "trial" pair to look at when I have been wearing contacts for years and years. They have been taking WEEKS to call about the trial contact lens. Turns out they never order them. I went in with low expectations since I have had not so great experiences here. They managed to lower my bar even further. I would not recommend coming here as they have inconsistent and unprofessional behavior. Incredibly disappointed with the service since I need contacts to see, and I am no where closer to having my years supply ordered.
