Hard to accurately assess in just one visit. I had some glaucoma concerns following the sudden closure of my previous eye care office. Cristina on front desk was awesome, very pleasant and helpful in getting my records transferred quickly. She kept me informed throughout the process. Dr Abercrombie seems very knowledgeable and was able to provide information in an easy to understand manner. She easily answered all my questions and explained my eye issues and the treatment going forward. She was also quite pleasant. After just one visit I feel like she will be a good fit as my new eye doctor. The lady who conducted all of the eye tests (Alissa) was unmasked and constantly rubbing her runny nose. That made me feel uncomfortable. Overall the office made me feel like this will be a good fit to become my new eye care office.

Service was amazing from start to finish everyone was so nice no complaints. If you need an eye doc I highly recommend this vision center. I was super pleased at how everyone gave their complete attention to everything they were doing. One thing I did not feel to comfortable with was the skimpy clothing in professional places their should be a little more modest look in my opinion other then that they did amazing.

Purchased glasses and our optician Lisa N. was very helpful and kind. She helped pick glasses for both myself and my partner that look flattering for us both. She made sure it was perfect before we left; plus her doodles on the receipts make it feel personal. I would highly recommend!

Clearvue Vision Center I had my eye exam done at Clearvue Vision Center Eye Clinic in Kent, WA, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The first prescription they gave me was completely wrong. My vision felt off and uncomfortable. I went back for a recheck, and they told me to "keep wearing them" because my eyes would adjust. They never did. Recently, I went to a different clinic and finally got the correct prescription. My vision is now perfect. I took the new prescription back to Clearview to have my lenses remade, thinking they would take responsibility for their mistake. Instead, I was told that because it's been about 8 months, they would not fix the lenses unless I paid full price. The manager I believe her name is Mary but I may be wrong, she is the clinic manager, was extremely unprofessional and argumentative, as if I had done something wrong. I felt disrespected and dismissed. The fact that they refused to correct their own error feels dishonest and unfair. it's not just bad service, it's unethical. I could have even been in an accident because of the wrong prescription they provided. In my opinion, this clinic does not care about its patients and treats people differently based on who they are. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean and comfortable, easy and through. The doctor answered all my questions without rushing. The glassware team was kind and there was no pressure to buy anything.

I have come to Clearvue Vision Center for all my eye care needs. All the doctors and staff are wonderful and are most accomidating. They take the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I love coming to them.

Amazing staff. Opticians were kind an efficient and courteous. The doctors accommodated my sensitive eyes (NO AIR PRESSURE TEST). The front desk were sweet and genuine and showed me all the amazing amenities you wouldn't find at other places for eye wear. Take all my money! Impeccable selection of eye wear for ALL price ranges. This place is superb and no comparison to the competition.

The best place to have your eyes examined. They have the latest equipment and they take pictures of the inside of your eye to verify everything is doing well!
