America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Quick and easy appointment. Called, they got me in that day. Price was what I expected, out of network insurance is what it is, but all offices in network weren't accepting patients and I'm sick of that PNW exclusivity. Lotus helped w my virtual appointment and she made the whole experience worth it. Very kind woman. Josh looked out on setting the appointment and helping me get my order placed. Work w Lotus & Josh and the virtual doctor and you'll have a painless experience.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would... We had a horrible experience! The woman that "helped" my husband and I was incredibly rude, cold and unhelpful. Dispite the building being empty she acted like we were a nuisance for even walking in and asking for help. She asked when we wanted to get an eye exam. We said "today," she scoffed and said well if that was an option I would have offered it." Of course we thought it was an option as the America's Best website says it has same day walk in exams. We never had an issue before. My husband is entirely out of contacts and suffering. We asked if there was any way possible that he could get some disposable contact until his scheduled eye exam and again she was cold and sharply said "no, his prescription is expired." We walked out feeling totally frustrated. We never had issues with this location before and we traveled 40mins out of the way to give them our business. But after today's experience we will not be returning. We called Walmart eye center near us, they were friendly, immediately scheduled an appointment and offered my husband some disposables until he can get his final prescription ordered.

Front desk to getting seen by the doctor remotely- was absolutely an amazing experience. We were there toward the end of the night and one of the girls was very anxious to get off work. No acknowledgment of when we had questions of the glasses and other things. She told us to sit down and someone will call us when they have doctor notes - but we had a glass frame question- and she was on her phone and seemed bothered for me to go ask for help. She wanted to do "paper rock scissors" to who will assist me bc she and her coworker had already attended two previous clients. Morgan- immediately said no, I don't mind helping them and she was super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The other person working with her was on her phone unattended to walking clients/patients.

Tried to schedule an eye exam, whoever answered asked to put me on a brief hold, during the 8 minutes I was on hold, I thought about my past frustrating experiences at this store location and hung up!!! I'm tired of dealing with crappy customer service - I should have contacted Costco from the get-go!!!!

While the eye exam went smoothly. My lenses were perfect. Twice I've taken my glasses back to have the nose pieces adjusted. I needed new pads put on the nose pieces and no help with that at all! And I can't wear them! Great!

I've been trying to get my glasses made since last october.I've waited four months now.I've been to your clinic.You lost my glasses.I come back down for my glasses.They're not right.I have to come back to get another eye exam.This place is a hot mess.They promised me weeks ago.They would send my glasses out to a neighboring america's best, but yet they didn't do that either.So I suggest you go somewhere else

Staff are amazing & very helpful! The remote exam was a new thing to me but I can see crystal clear with my stylish new glasses. Great cheap optical shop, will be coming back again!

These ppl are a rip off..any time I want contacts they force me to pay for a new eye exam and after 3x they still won't give me my prescription in contacts. Horrible customer service and they will charge you every Lil fee and tax they can at every visit.
