They seemed to be having technical issues with the video chat website, but otherwise they were fantastic! The doctor (Patrick, I think was his name) was a sweetheart and explained everything very well, asked lots of questions, and took his time going over my options with me. They were on time and on top of everything. The process was very easy and I didn't have to leave my house. Would definitely recommend!

Staff was friendly, caring and thorough. It went quickly with only one exception - I couldn't initially join the video call. Once I granted access to my camera it kept telling me the provider left the call. I refreshed my browser per the instructions and reloaded but kept getting the same message.
