Love this office! Dr. Haws is just the best and has taken care of our family for years. She's kind, comforting, and extremely knowledgeable. Shannon is truly special and beyond helpful! I must also mention Ligia who's very caring and sincere. Thankful for the whole office

I do not recommend. Hard to reach, rude front desk staff - they act like you're bothering them by making an appointment? Not a large selection of frames. I've been coming here going on my 3rd year now. Every time it is a problem. I brush it off as its an annual thing, but not anymore. Getting ahold of the front desk is near impossible. I've called multiple times on different days and times of the day and left voicemails with no return call. I had to physically go into the office to make the appointment where they were less than friendly and after making the appointment they called to confirm my insurance and said I had till the end of day to give them the information, or it would be canceled. I call back less than 10 min later and it goes straight to an automated "out of office" message FOR THE DAY. The lady on the phone once again was very rude. I'm going to let this appointment be cancelled - as if I had any other choice - and find another provider. 0/10 GO SOMEWHERE THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS

Thank you to Dr. Tosland for truly going the extra mile to help me see better. I absolutely love my glasses and want to give a special shout-out to Hawk, who made that possible--and then some! He went above and beyond more than once. What a wonderful team you all are. Thank you so much to the entire staff for your patience and helpfulness!

Eye exam portion was great. My provider was amazing. Would not recommend purchasing glasses here. Was told 1-2 weeks for my new frames and lenses to arrive. It took about 3 for my glasses to come in. And when I went in to get them, the glasses were the entirely wrong prescription. They told me "good news you won't have to pay for them to be replaced" I would certainly hope not as I had already payed $180 for them when I had my initial exam. So now it it will be another "1-2 weeks"

Awful customer service. Zero follow up with patients. Cancelled a child's appointment, left several voicemails with no call back. Tried to reschedule childs appointment, staff would not reschedule appointment without SSN of other parent, even though we have been seen by the clinic for over two years and appointment was made and previously confirmed. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend, if you value quality of care and service.

Each member of our family goes to Olympia Vision Center. We greatly appreciate the time each of their staff members take during the appointment. Feeling like a patient not just a number is so important! Thank you for all you do.

I would like to rate my exam a 5 and the desk person a 1. Also the man that gave me my glasses did not fit me. Every question I ask, he didn't know. It was a Rx for eye drop that never got sent. He said that he would find out and call me. No call. I called reception 2 days later and ask them. The lady was rude and again never got a call back. I called again was told they would take care of it. My Rx was sent to the wrong pharmacy after me telling them exactly where I wanted it go. Once I do get my eyedrops, I will not go back there.

Receptionist was extremely rude and didnt seem to want to help. They said they called me about my insurance and left a message a few days ago. But in reality I spoke to them yesterday and they confirmed my appointment. They said I had onr kind of insurance they dont take bu in reality I do have an insurance company theyre contracted this. Because of the receptionists unwillingness to help they have lost not only my patronage but my partners and my kids. I won't come back here. The receptionist with the glasses and long dark hair whose name starts with an M lost 4 clients for your business today.
